If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT order from this company. I ordered my item on February 23rd. They claim it takes 3 days to process and 3-10 days for shipping. It is March 8th and I have not received my order, it hasn’t even shipped yet. I received an email offering to cancel and refund which I replied to immediately stating I would like a refund. Since then, I have not heard anything or gotten my money back. Awful customer service

WORST ONLINE BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE EVER. Can’t even say they’re a legit boutique as they say they’re from LA but all their items get shipped from China. Tried to cancel my order as it was taking way too long to ship but they assured me that I could return the item for a full refund when I received it. A month later I got the item and the quality was terrible. Smelled like a factory too. So I emailed Feebee that I would be returning the item and she confirmed that I would be receiving a full refund. I return the item with my own money and a month later still no refund. I think Diamond is the head of the support team and she hasn’t gotten anything done to help resolve this. They’re both avoiding the situation clearly and are trying to refuse me my refund. THEY ALSO BLOCKED ALL COMMENTS ON THEIR SOCIAL PLATFORMS SO PPL CANT CALL THEM OUT ON THEIR SCAM.

If I could give them no stars I would. Similar to a lot of the reviews I should have done my research before ordering from this scam. Placed my ordered in December & it finally arrived - the shirt looks nothing like any of the pictures & when I tried to return it wont even let me. Takes days to get in touch with customer service.

I placed an order over a month ago, the item has not even left the warehouse yet. I contacted customer service twice and twice they said it was shipped even though it has not shipped. USPS is still waiting on the item a month later and it has not even left their warehouse. They are dishonest in their email responses and make up stories even though they are a fraudulent company which I now realize. They are very vague in emails and give you a tracking link that does not show any updates with shipping status, but tell you it has shipped in the email, even though the link for tracking shows that it has not even left warehouse in over a month. This company is a fraud, do not lose money by purchasing with them and never receiving your item! The reviews that state otherwise probably work for this fraud company, and waiting over a month just for something to even leave a warehouse if it ever does is not legit

I purchased a piece over a month ago from this website without doing my due diligence which I normally do when ordering from a new website/brand. I wish I would have! I am a frequent purchaser of California shops and local businesses…as you should if you live in California to support those during the pandemic. It’s Juliet states that they are based in Los Angeles and are a local boutique. This is an ABSOLUTE LIE!
I ordered a two piece set over a month ago and it still has yet to arrive. May I mention I live in San Diego and they are “located” in Los Angeles. After weeks of trying to get answers and lies about the shipping I was finally able to uncover the truth. This week, after a month of someone offering me a $20 gift card for the inconvenience (which I do not want because I will never order from this site again) I was able to answer my own question. I finally get a response stating that they have started the shipping process a month later…only to find out that it was submitted to ship January 5th. I placed my order on December 15th!
Here is the real kicker! It’s states that they are located in LA and my shipping records show that it came from a warehouse in Henan, China. This is NOT a Local company to support and it’s a lie!!!! If you want to wait months and months and be lied to then this is your company!

Terrible product quality and I'm still $12 short
I don't think they really have any careful product quality control. I ordered a sweater from them and while it took nearly a month to arrive, I understood that shipping is slow due to the pandemic. Once the sweater actually arrived though everything was downhill from there. The quality of the product was HORRENDOUS. Seams were already unraveling, the pieces weren't even SEWN TOGETHER so that edges lined up, and it was in the oddest scalloped shape along the button edge which was NOT how it was pictured online. I immediately started the return process. This company expects you to cover return shipping costs, which for me was about $12. I dropped the sweater off, sent them the tracking information, and then, once again, WEEKS later had to request the refund on the sweater! RIDICULOUS. This company has robbed me of $12 still because I had to return the most outrageous excuse of a sweater that they had the audacity to charge $30 for. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company has literally wasted my time since MAY. Lying saying my other half of my shipment was in transit. Horrible customer service not following through of investigating my package. Never thought to refund or resend the product. Literally now in September I had to send a forth email demanding a refund. To think PayPal never investigated my claim and supports this scamming business by providing service. Save yourself the torture and don’t bother!!!!!!

shipping took SO long over a month and the dress ended up being too big. i waited for a special event and already ordered it a month in advance. it STILL didn’t even come on time. i had to order from amazon and that dress looked way better. i also think they buy from aliexpress or alibaba. Complete scam company. Products take over a month to arrive and are of the worst quality imaginable- fabrics, fit, all awful. They don’t have free returns and will have you pay to ship items back to them out of your own pocket and charge you for processing fee. Then refunds take over 30 days to be issued. They also try to convince you not to return the product and ask for a refund and really push to get a store credit. I had to pay $11 to ship back from WA and $5 processing fee. Won’t be ordering from them ever again.

Total scam. Looks like someone printed a decal from on home printer and ironed on poorly. It says LA, comes from china. Size and quality is awful. Trying to return items and unfortunately I made two orders from them.
**update - on the plus side, I returned the first order and it went fairly quickly and smoothly. However, I had to pay postage back to california and $5 restock fee per item.

If I could give zero I would, everything about it is misrepresented. This is a scam drop ship from China, not a retailer based in Los Angeles. The clothes are not as shown or described as online, from size, design, to fabric content.

Complete scam company. They claim to be in Los Angeles and they ship from Asia. Products take over a month to arrive and are of the worst quality imaginable- fabrics, fit, all awful. They don’t have free returns and will have you pay to ship items back to them out of your own pocket. Then refunds take over 30 days to be issued. Emails take 1-2 business days to be responded to from customer service every time, so if you need to have a back and forth, it can take weeks.
