NEVER order from this website

NEVER order from this website. I placed an order June 2022, was charged for this, and never received it. Took months to get a reply from customer service and still have not received a refund for my order of over $100

Terrible. It’s a scam

Terrible. I placed an order on December 12. It’s confirmed on their website and shows that it’s awaiting pickup but is not showing up. You can’t get ahold of anyone. When you call the customer service number they say they’re too busy and recommend emailing. If you email through the website it doesn’t send via an email server so there’s no tracing and it takes multiple days for a generic response. I still don’t have my product and had to dispute with my credit card.

Ordered the Tan Knit Cardigan set

Ordered the Tan Knit Cardigan set, and a couple of sweaters for me and my sister.

After 2 weeks I started to wonder where my order was so I reached out to customer service. It took them a day to get back to me. They said my order had been delayed from their supplier but assured me that it had been shipped, and asked me to be patient for another few days. They offered me a 25% discount on my next order to say sorry for the delay!

The package finally showed up 2 days later, and it was definitely worth the wait! The Cardigans fit us both perfect, and OMG the sweaters are SOOOO SOFT AND COMFY!!!

Their customer care team messaged me back today to make sure my order had arrived and that I'm satisfied.

Nice touch following up. Will shop with them again!

Itsjuliet is a scam!!

These guys are a full scam do not waste your money. I spent retail price for an essentials hoodie and received a fake one. SUPER upset about this and hope no one else has to experience this. The worst part is that their shipping policy makes it nearly impossible to get your money back so that you can just be stuck with their poor products.

Scammers

Scammers! Ordered something in July and they still didn't send it but kept saying they're busy and will eventually send it out. Waste of money!!!

Scam - never recieved product

Bought pyjamas from here for my wedding last spring and never recieved them. Contacted the company multiple times, multiple ways with no reply!

Ver disappointing Hoodie quality

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter. "Lucky me i see ghosts". I paid 85,95 euro's. Mainly because of the very good reviews on the website. But today the hoodie arrived and the quality is very bad. Not worth more than 20-25 euro's maximum.
Just another very bad China imitation...

Do not trust

EDIT:
After making this post someone reached out to me to ask for details so I can receive my refund, I’ve now followed up 3 more times since and they’ve completely ghosted. No refund received.

I made an order on June 2, but I never received the order, after countless emails I finally got a response saying that they're a small business and working hard and if I can just wait a little longer it'll be appreciated. It is now November 15 and I haven't received the items nor did I receive a refund. I keep emailing and no one responds, but they are actively posting on their social channels and keep sending promotional emails.

no response from store to make returns

I placed an order that took over 30 days to arrive. Since it is 30 days past the fulfillment date I am unable to generate a return label. I have called multiple times, sent 3 emails to their support email and messaged them on instagram. I haven’t heard back at all and want a refund. I have wanted a refund since the moment I placed my order but they could not cancel it, said I had to return it. Well, can’t get a return label or anyone to answer me? They have HORRIBLE business. Do not order from them

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a sweater in April for $45… never got it. Emailed multiple times, was promised a sweater… months go by then I was promised my money back.. nothing. Horrible

Horrible horrible horrible company

Horrible horrible company experience! I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I made an attempt to purchase through them. I purchased a sweater from them three months ago (In place of another item that they sent it was very cheap material). In three months it never came!! I wrote to their customer service 3 times without any reply. When I finally got ahold of somebody through Facebook she kept telling me that they were going through a change of ownership with the business. To me this shouldn’t matter as a customer should still receive their products and they can still make that happen. She kept telling me to email “Tiffany” but wouldn’t provide contact information so I suggested that as a better means of customer service, please have Tiffany instead contact me, to which she replied that I was being unhelpful. This company has no customer service, the items that I have received from them have been cheap quality and when I was waiting on an item to arrive as an exchange, three months later it still has not come. Please do yourself the service of not buying anything from this company

Ordered June 1st. It’s now September 7th. No response at all. No phone call answered. No email responded to. And still no clothes received. Definitely a scam website. Being a small business is not an excuse.

Everything you're reading is true. No response on email, phone, and I haven't gotten my money back. Worst company ever. They deserve nothing. Spent over $400 on bridesmaid pajamas and never received it. No response. I really hope I get my money back. Until then, need to share this horrible experience.

Do not order from this business. I've placed an order on 04/17/2022 and until now 07/15/22 I still have not receive my package.I have emailed them on 05/09/2022 and they responding with shipment from warehouse was delayed they will ship out my items in two weeks, bla bla...until now when i track my package is said no shipment was found??!!! no money return to me as well.
