Rubbish connection Kirby cross
Cuts in and out, ring door bell struggles to connect, been with them a year as they are the only company I can use. Have spoke to them over and over again, told me different things to do and nothing has changed, I asked them for an engineer and they told me they don’t have engineers so I should call an electrician, polite over the phone but is just a shit connection. I was with talk talk before these who was cheaper and a much stronger connection. The minute a new company is introduced to my area I am gone. Literally throwing my money away.
Intermittent problem finally resolved
It took time to identify why our broadband speed was intermittently dropping below a useable level. Naturally all the possibilities needed working through. However after over 3 weeks and replacement of various items of equipment in the home the culprit seems to have been where the signal was transmitted from the church tower. Everyone in support who were contacted was eager to solve the problem and consistently positive and patient.
The only thing I would suggest for long running problems is that one person takes ownership and communication with the customer. In this case James took up the baton and was actually the person to replace the bit of kit. Well done to Adam and the team for finally sorting out this frustrating situation.
Work but not good enough
Their IP address pool seems contaminated and get blocked by China’s GFW, if you need to visit Chinese website, do not choose it. Other than that it’s ok.

Oken when works but cuts out often, been through support but just not worth the stress
Often cuts out, upgraded to a high-end business-level network set-up, as believed it would be our end. But now, 2 or 3 times a week the internet drops. and the system flags the issue is with the ISP. I have contacted support a few times, often not able to see any issues. and are not any help, but they do try so I appreciate that. trying to leave contract but they wont reply to email and I don't think I should have to phone

Since posting this i have had a huge amount of support from the team and an issue not caught before in previous calls has been identified so hoping this fixes the major issues i had
Team are again great so happy to add a few stars and wish i had kept reaching out for support

New to the company
New to the company, it was easy to arrange and i did speak with their staff who were incredibly helpful, polite and got me going immediately, I've got the 160GB package and it does everything i can ask of it.

Always doing works leaving you with no internet for whole weekends and still charging full amount
Absolutely awful.No internet over several weekends and weekdays during the last year, due to them upgrading, but nothing was better. 2 neighbours had their bills halved but mine wasn't...we all had same problems, when i complained they said they treat each customer differently. Buffering constantly and very slow speed. Contract was for 2 years but they were so bad i got rid of them after a year. Tried to fine me £12 for late payment, which i did on purpose because i had a whole weekend of no internet.

Excellent, timely, and professional service. From the moment I was informed that this was the best provider for fibre, it has been a fantastic experience. I reached out via email and phone, and they assisted me every step of the way. Each stage was easy to follow, and I was well-guided throughout. Thomas provided exceptional service. My equipment arrived on the promised date, and I had initially been concerned about how I would manage with my work, as I predominantly work from home. However, the entire process was seamless, and I am now happily connected. The speeds are great, and I received the perfect speed recommendation for my specific needs

Just joiner ItsFibre and they’ve been absolutely brilliant so far, great customer service and very friendly! Had no issues with my WiFi so far and have been great with my move to a new build. They even switched on my services earlier when I was able to move in sooner.

Within 2/3.days set up with contract also online soon as equipment arrived.very happy with service would recommend.

I managed to lose my internet through…
I managed to lose my internet through my own error, whilst trying to sort a problem with my domestic wifi. I rang the helpline and they talked me through resetting my router settings with great patience and helpfulness (thank you Edward).

Unmatched in every respect! with provider for over…
Have been with this provider for over 10 years and would give 10 stars!
Most importantly the customer service is unmatched- courteous, professional, know what they are talking about, incredibly prompt whatever the query and always available on the phone!
Latest issue was sorted within hours after Jake called at the house (new router required). New one arrived ready set up 2 days later so only took 10mins to be up and running.
Wouldn’t consider changing even for a cheaper contract and now planning to transfer house phone from BT.

ITSFibre broadband connection is awesome
I have a fibre broadband connection from ITSFibre for close to 2 months now and it has been a very pleasant and trouble free experience.
We have been using the internet (family of four) and there has not been any issue (not even things like slow download speed) even once.
I am also really impressed by their support. Really helpful technical team who know what they are talking about.
I would highly recommend ITSFibre.
