the service was amazingly quick arrived within one business day 3pm Friday & delivered 8am Monday as a long haul item. the only draw back was the price - but it was the only stockiest in NZ with the product on hand so we neeeded it now - so you have to pay a premium for this

I sent an email regarding the fact that this blu ray player is NOT MULTIPLE
REGIONS FOR BLU RAY; only for DVDs.... I only own blu ray disks which is what I bought the player for. You have not bothered to respond to my email which I guess is as irresponsible as your deceptive product description.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we have had some issues accessing our emails, but we contacted you after 2 days and provided with the instructions how to access settings and change Blu Ray regions.
I understand the confusion as player may appear not to be multi-region out of the box, however it is as long as you change the region using player's menu.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience due to the delayed response.

KENSINGTON MAGPRO MAGNETIC PRIVACY SCREEN
The privacy screen is perfect, there is no reflection which is the main reason I needed it as my room gets full sun and there was no getting away from it. I have wanted one for over a year but was put off by reviews saying that anti-glare screens didn't help with reflection. Well this Kensington screen cannot be faulted, I love it. Also the service was amazing, I ordered it on Saturday and received it on Monday morning.
