Hi,
Thanks for your honest feedback — that’s a valid concern.
We understand that being asked for a review too early can interrupt the experience, and we’re already working on improving this so users can properly explore the platform first.
If you’re still open to it, we’d recommend giving ItaloStudy another try. Your feedback after actually using it would be much more valuable for us.
Appreciate you pointing this out.

Hi Lucy,
Thanks for your feedback — and we understand your concern.
You shouldn’t feel the need to leave a review just to use the platform. We’re actively improving this experience so users can explore freely before being asked for feedback.
If you’re still interested, we’d recommend trying the platform first and then sharing your honest experience — that helps us much more.
Appreciate you pointing this out.

i like how convenient and user-friendly…
i like how convenient and user-friendly the interface giving me a pleasant experience and making my studying path more enjoyable. I was fascinated by how many tasks the website consists for training. However i don't quite understand some symbols in mock tests from resources section, and i don't know if the problem is coming from italostudy or from cisia so I'm not gonna take away a star

Hi kmllsh,
Thank you for the kind words — we’re really glad to hear that you’re enjoying the platform and finding it user-friendly. It’s great to know the variety of practice tasks is helping make your study process more engaging.
Regarding the symbols in the mock tests, that’s a fair point. Some of them can come from the way questions are formatted based on official exam styles, but we understand they can still be confusing. We’re actively working on making these clearer and adding better explanations where needed.
If you ever come across a specific question or symbol that doesn’t make sense, feel free to reach out — we’ll be happy to clarify it for you.
Appreciate your support!

Not worth a penny
At first, the website looks great, and there are a lot of free sources to study for the CEnt-S exam. That's the big trap. I have taken the exam in both the macro period and the material you will see on the website, free/paid, is nowhere close to an actual exam. All material here is copied from scribd website or created via AI by feeding old TOLC-I, E exams. I know the website looks great, but there are tons of tools available nowadays to build websites like this to influence others that it is legit, and the resources created to study material are also created using AI tools with lots of mistakes. If you rely on it, trust me, you will fail very badly. So if you are thinking about giving money, make sure to give to an actual person onscreen who knows or is well educated to teach people what they are doing, rather than to some bot who doesn't know anything. Thanks!

Hi Kristel,
We wanted to follow up and let you know that we’ve taken your feedback seriously and have made several updates to our question bank — especially focusing on improving difficulty level and aligning more closely with the current CEnt-S exam pattern.
Our material is not copied from any website or book. We develop our questions independently, with input from students who have already taken and cleared the exam, along with continuous analysis of exam trends.
We’ve also received feedback from many students recently who mentioned that the type and style of questions they practiced on ItaloStudy felt relevant during their actual exam.
That said, we’d encourage you to give the platform another try and see the improvements for yourself.
If you still notice any issues or believe any question resembles content from another source, please reach out to us at contact@italostudy.com
— we take such matters seriously and will review it promptly.
We remain open to constructive feedback that helps us improve further.

bad customer service, incomplete site.
people pay for this site and reasonably they ask for the learning part to work. and the owner of the site writes passive aggressive responses like "be patient, im the only one working". first of all, there is no time to be patient. the literal purpose of the site, cent-s exam period, is almost over. some people are actually relying on this site. (not me thank god) if someone is paying for your service, they ask for good and proper service. you cant get angry for this and tell ur paying customers to be patient. so the customer service is very horrible. i checked out the other parts of the site, and its alright. if the customer service was good my review could have been higher, even though an important part of the site doesnt work.

Hi Joost,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’d like to clarify a few important points to provide accurate context for anyone reading this.
First, ItaloStudy is currently a fully free platform. We do not charge users for access to practice questions, mock tests, resources, or learning materials. Our goal has always been to make CEnt-S preparation accessible while we continue building and improving the platform. This can be verified directly on our pricing page(https://italostudy.com/pricing).
Regarding the statement you mentioned (“be patient, I’m the only one working”), this was shared in a private student WhatsApp group, where communication is informal and more conversational in nature. It was not intended as a formal customer support response. That said, we understand that taken out of context, it may not reflect the level of professionalism we aim for, and we will be more mindful going forward.
We also want to acknowledge your concern about incomplete features. The platform is actively evolving, and we are continuously working on improvements — including structured learning videos, detailed lectures, and enhanced content across sections to better support students during their preparation.
At the same time, we believe feedback is most valuable when it is based on direct usage of the platform. Many students rely on ItaloStudy for structured practice, and we are committed to improving both the content and overall experience based on real user input.
If you experienced specific issues, we would genuinely appreciate detailed feedback so we can address them directly. You can reach us anytime at contact@italostudy.com
.
We remain focused on building a reliable and useful platform for students, and constructive feedback plays an important role in that process.
