I ordered a Plastics kit for my 2014 KX250F and was really disappointed with the experience. The plastic arrived with a noticeable crack right out of the box. I contacted support expecting them to help replace the damaged piece, but instead I just got bounced back and forth through emails with no real solution. After all of that, they basically told me there was nothing they were willing to do about it. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. I definitely expected better for the price. Do not waste your money here

Sur mon 450yzF 2025 Très déçus dommage je peut pas vous mettre les photo parle mieux d’elle même plastique rayer a la livraison et des grosse rayure on dirait des plastique usée ,l’ajustement est nul rien ne tombe en face je regrette mon achat chez eux je me demande le peu de bon avis si c’est pas des amis à eux c’est pas possible déconseille fortement de commander chez eux .

The customer service is very poor they dont actually read your messages and just give you generic replies with no real solutions to your issue. The color is not a good match with oem as far as my 2023 te300 is concerned. I will end up just tossing the plastic I ordered it costs to much to return it. I will not ever give them any more of my business. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

malheureusement je ne connais pas plus mauvais en service client, je travail en b2b, et en 15 ans je n'ai jamais vue une façon de travailler aussi nul... incomprehensible pour une si grosse entreprise qui est dans son domaine depuis 1977 ! vraiment mauvais.

I ordered a full set of UFO Plast plastics and couldn’t be happier. The kit arrived quickly with excellent tracking updates throughout the delivery. Everything was well packaged, the quality of the plastics is great, and they fit my bike perfectly with no issues at all. The finish looks spot-on and has really freshened up the bike. Overall, a smooth and reliable service from start to finish — highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. Do not reply to messages and if the do it’s 2 weeks later without the info you have requested. Very poor company.
