Hello Ian, I'm sorry you feel disappointed with the service you received from us. Any order received online where the item is out of stock are subject to the staff advising the customer as soon as possible usually by phone or email. Looking into your order, I can see that a delay was advised and agreed, sadly however manufacturer's lead times do slip and this sometimes makes it inconvenient to our customers, we can only apologise for this. Unfortunately our website is currently unable to show live stock figures, but we are working behind the scenes and our new website which we plan to launch later in the year, will indeed show items in stock. I hope you will revisit us once we have the new website in place.

I strongly believe that the seller too has a responsibility to confirm about their customer satisfaction.Please note that I have ordered this item before Christmas and it doesn’t mention that the stated delivery time is applied only on working days!!

Your points are very fair and I would like to address both.
The 'order complete' notification is generated y our system upon order fulfilment, admittedly at that point you have not received the item but this is unfortunately the way our system closes the sale (pending a refund/return request). This is something that may actually be addressed in the second quarter of this year.
Secondly, with regard to the festive shipping schedule, it's often difficult to make sure that everyone sees the relevant information around this time but we do our utmost to make it as prominent as possible.
The front page of our site and our shipping schedule stated:
"Our cutoff for NEXT-DAY orders prior to Christmas is 2.00pm Friday 20th December, our carriers are advising that parcels collected after 21st December will be subject to our usual standard delivery scope. Please do bear in mind that Christmas creates it's own inevitable delays so expect a possible extension to this.
Orders received after this time will be processed (stock permitting) when we return from our Christmas shutdown on Thursday 2nd January 2025. If there is any issue with your order we will advise you as soon as possible on our return".
Again, with a revision of our website expected in Q1 2025 this is something else we may well be able to streamline looking ahead.
In the interim, many thanks for your patience and understanding John and we do hope to see you again in the future.

We are very sorry to hear about this unfortunate misdelivery by DPD and we are glad that we could organise a retrieval and subsequent re-delivery to your correct address.
As we discussed, carriers are sadly the weak link to any online seller and these things do unfortunately happen on occasion. We do appreciate that your goods were late but we do feel that this was not of our doing and if you feel it suitable to reconsider your review based on this then we would be very happy to receive that. I would like to congratulate isswww for an excellent customer service.
I had done research to understand what I required, then I researched where to purchase the product from.
isswww repeatedly appeared as the most competitively priced available supplier, I had not previously heard of them but they seemed the obvious choice.
isswww Website was clear and easy to use, my online order was placed and acknowledged, I received emails telling where my order was in their process and when shipped.
The product was received quickly and was very well packed and I received additional paperwork to support safe working practices for the product.
I am very happy with the product, it did exactly what I required.
