I have used ISM for my driving lessons and also car hire for my test. My instructor was Saad Ahmed who was simply the most helpful person for someone doing a car test for the first time. He was patient with me and also had a great understanding of how to get me to pass the exam to which I did. Couldn’t recommend anyone more than Saad. Appreciate it and will be recommending my family and friends to Saad and ISM.

Had the instructor Saad Ahmed and would highly recommend! Helped me massively from start to finish to build my confidence on the road, understand and master the basics of driving. Always on hand to support and as a result I passed first time, if you are looking for an instructor to help you pass first time then Saad is your man!

It was an amazing experience. Brian, my instructor, was really helpful, patient, gave amazing driving advice and was super flexible in terms of schedules. Having such a calm instructor made the process so much easier!

I attended the transport manager CPC course this year, Stephen was my tutor along with Aneta. My experience with them was excellent they were very professional, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them for future students who wish to attend this course

I can’t recommend my instructor Stephen Kavanagh from ISM highly enough. From the very beginning, he was incredibly supportive, patient, and always willing to help. He explained every part of the CPC Transport Managers course in a clear and easy-to-understand way, which gave me the confidence to keep progressing.

His knowledge, encouragement, and ability to break down case studies especially made a huge difference to my learning. Thanks to his excellent guidance and support while navigating the book I have successfully passed the course.

I’m truly grateful for all the time and effort he put into helping me succeed. If you’re considering taking the CPC Transport Managers course, I would highly recommend learning with him.

May I add that his dedication to his students on the day was outstanding, he was there from start to finish.

A very interesting and informative course. From start to finish Stephen and Aneta were there to answer not only course related queries but job related queries as well. I was so blessed to have Stephen as my tutor. He explained everything perfectly and was always very quick to upload the video of the recorded class if we had missed the class so nobody fell behind. He encouraged engagement from the very beginning and brought out the best in us. I felt at ease doing the exam and even afterwards I felt I had done enough to pass. At no point did I feel in any doubt. I knew I passed. Stephen was also there the day of the exam for any final advice, tips or support and to get feedback on how we felt afterwards.
There are not many who would have gone to such lengths for his students and this is why I would recommend this course. I am a lot better at my job because of this course and Stephen and Aneta
If you do book this course, I pray you get Stephen or Aneta.

Having recently sat the CPC Transport Mngr online course with Stephen Kavanagh & Aneta I can honestly testify that it was without doubt one of the best informative courses I've ever undertaken. Both Stephen & Aneta energised the students with such remarkable passion encouraging class participation & when subject matter got a little heavy Stephen blended education extraordinarily well with reality regaling us with many tales & facts displaying his vast experience of the transport / logistics industry. I did my lessons with Saad Ahmed, absolutely brilliant instructor. Was constructive and patient as well as friendly. Always felt calm in the car with him. Passed my test first time thanks to him. Couldn't have had a better experience

Online classes were fantastic, both teachers Anita and Stephen were easy to follow and always helpful when I found it hard to understand certain topics. They gave everyone all the time needed.

I would highly recommend this online class, not only were they able to get me through the course and ultimately the exam first time, I found the interactions with everyone interesting with other class members bringing their life experiences into the class. I think we all learnt a lot over the course.

Anita and Stephen are excellent tutor's.
They make the students feel like they are getting a 1 to 1 learning experiences.

I’ve had my 12 EDT with Saad Ahmed from ISM and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helped me a lot. I would recommend him and ISM school to anyone who is learning to drive. I passed today my test and he taught me a lot to be able to do it.

Couldn’t recommend Ioan enough. He’s really patient, easy to get on with, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which made me feel much more confident driving.

The lessons were always relaxed but really productive, and his feedback helped me improve every week. Delighted to have passed my test thanks to his guidance.

It was nice having my training with ISM as I passed my driving test once as a result of the teaching instruction and guidance of my instructor Adeola.

I had all 12 EDTs with Adeola and passed my test on my first attempt!
Adeola was absolutely amazing, and patient with me as I was juggling with long work hours as a healthcare professional and my daughter who had just moved.
I had a reasonable waiting time of close to a year for my test and Adeola was very supportive.
She tailored the sessions to my needs, with constructive feedback and guidance, I’m very grateful for her kind assistance!

I had a provisional driving licence a number of years ago, but unfortunately did not renew it, fast forward some years later and I decided to go again. Passed my Theory Test first time and booked my 12 lessons. I cancelled after 8 as I lost all confidence and the stress and worry I had before the lessons wasn't worth it. I was being told of all his other pupils and how great they were, I also made the mistake of telling him I had my own car BIG MISTAKE, it then went to 'mind the poles' when you are in YOUR car you have to be careful of the mirrors' and 'when you are in your own car ....... This went on for so long I told him I was selling the car. I am waiting 21 days and counting for a refund, I have left emails, callback request and various voice messages. I definitely would not recommend this lot! They are great at taking money, but not so in giving it back.

Saad Ahmed is brilliant! Very patient and attentive with a fantastic ability to put you at ease if you’re nervous when starting to drive. I only started learning in late January and I passed my test in June.

Saad was always available with any questions or extra lessons / mock tests and he helped me build up my confidence so that I could smash my test with a near perfect score. 💯🙌🏼

Really kind and patient driving instructors, Saad Ahmed in particular was really helpful in explaining a lot of my driving errors which helped me immensely for my driving test.

Booked my 12 lessons and my instructor was Adeola. Was told she has good availability and did my first two lessons with her. After that I text her and received no reply until the third text. She said she couldn’t tell me when her next availability was which is disgraceful. I was onto ISM nearly 4 times having to ring every time. They seemed in no rush to fix anything. They told me there was no other instructor in my area so I would have to travel to crumin/ finglas which is a 30 min drive from me. Why book me in with an instructor who has no availability. Worst experience ever and would 100% not recommend.
