Total Disappointment
I am extremely disappointed. I never had this kind of experience with any brand — especially not one that positions itself as premium skincare.
First, my order was not shipped for over a week. I contacted customer service by email and received no response.
Second, when the package finally arrived, the most expensive product was missing. I reached out again — first by email, then another follow-up a few days later. When I still received no reply, I tried calling. No one answered. I left a voicemail — still no response.
Delayed shipping, missing items, and complete absence of customer support is unacceptable, particularly for a brand operating at this price point. I have been a loyal customer for over a year, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
Now I have to go through dispute and stress just to resolve an issue that should have been handled by basic customer service.
IS Clinical — you fell far below any reasonable standard of professional business practice. Shame.
