Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our delivery partner when it comes to delivery charges (we just cover our costs on delivery), and they deem Morayshire to be more expensive to deliver to than other parts of mainland UK.

Excellent service and goods, but let down by your delivery partner.
The service and goods received from Ironmongery Plus Ltd were excellent.
I only gave 3 out of 5 because your delivery company failed to follow my instructions to leave the parcel in a safe location, and instead, left the delivery at the local post office. This necessitated a car journey in heavy traffic to collect it. Poor delivery service.

Essentially this fell through our usual ordering processes, due to a supplier/back-order situation. Our processes should have coped with it, but human error intervened.
Your goods will be with you in 2 days, and we have raised a full refund for all costs that you incurred.
