This company is not irish. I placed my order on the 23rd of November and it still has not arrived and it the 16th of December. I tried to cancel and they said can't outside of the 30min window..which is against the law..all companies should provide 14 day once received! This company is based in China!! The took my money ...stay clear of them!!

IRISH SUPPLY are not IRISH!
They should be stripped of their name and changed to HONG KONG or wherever they are making the goods.
SHAME ON YOU for fooling Irish people into thinking they are shopping at home.

I expected delivery within days. I’m waiting 7 days and have nothing.

In the terms and conditions it states if you email within 30 minutes of purchase you are eligible for a refund. I ordered the wrong parcel and hoped on getting my money back. They ignored all four emails I sent about refunding and a 8 days later they sent an email saying it’s on its way ignoring everything I said about my order.
Worst company I’ve ordered from considering it’s Christmas they should have taken it into more consideration.
They are a scam website and I advise everyone to go elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of chatting with Michelle from customer care via live chat. She effortlessly resolved my missing item issue within a matter of minutes. Michelle was efficient and also very friendly, making the overall experience truly great. I will be back again for sure.

Ran into a bit of bother with my parcel stuck somewhere in the post. Shot an email to Irish Supply, didn't matter it was out of hours. Ann got back to me super quick, sorted it all out, and even got me a refund.

I have sent at least 10 emails looking for the address for a return but they simply will not give it up, theyanswer the email with some some automated rubbish about being busy but no address, and after 14 days they only refund half of your moneyu,,
Worst I have ever dealt with, never again

Ordered a product, took ages to arrive (from Hong Kong)....I thought I was buying in Ireland. Item was not fit for use, endless e-mails to and fro looking for a return address in Ireland, despite first e-mail from me stating item was not fit for use, offering discounts and keep the product (none of which I accepted). Finally got an address in Cork to return item 4 weeks ago, still no refund, and audacity to send me an email stating they pride themselves on excellent quality of their products and excellent customer service. Still waiting on refund. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT NIGHTMARES.

What a disaster lack of communication and responsibility excuse after excuse false information advertised I wouldn't order off this side for nothing even if it was for free I have someone looking into this little matter keep away every one

Nice product! It relieves fatigue when I use this Electric Foot Massager Pad. It's better to use it at night before sleeping.

Nice Aluminum Cardholder, simple yet functional. I just wish there were more color options and additional card slots. But overall, it was good, and I like the minimalist style.

Horrendous, arrived really late, of course because it came from Beijing.
Not only was the wrong order as well the description is full of lies “made from high-quality wood”
“without showing signs of breaking and rough spots”
“carefully made by artisans”
And the real description of a customer is: cheap machine made rough looking attempt of a decoration.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! It should be closed down.

Absolutely terrible company, ordered a gift for my grandchild 1st week of November thinking I was ordering in goodctome for Christmas, still no sign of it

Shocking company and service. Ordered a product over 6 weeks ago. Still no sign of it got an email to say I'll have it before 16th Dec, it's in transit apparently. Managed to track it properly, it's in China and still hasn't even left the factory there. Absolutely scandalous. Impossible to get any information from customer service, bar th generic copy and paste response. Shocking company and would not recommend at all. Will be reporting it to my bank as fraudulent transaction to try and get my money back

Brutal customer service. Tracking portal doesn't work. Totally not an Irish company. Would never purchase from this site again. Still awaiting product. Glad I had the foresight to pay for it through PayPal.

Dec 20th - Update: Finally got the parcel, there was absolutely no packaging, box wrapped in white paper, not one piece of bubble wrap. The item was a gift for my nephew. It wouldn't even charge up.
Got in contact with Michelle (same person who gave me the link for the fake tracking portal) and she offered me a 10e gift card for my next purchase with them, plus send her some pics of the product & packaging that they provided, in case I wasn't inconvenienced enough, I guess.
I'm surprised this site has got any good reviews:
1. It is posing as an Irish site - it is not Irish (so don't be fooled into thinking you are supporting local businesses.
2. It offers 'discounts' and 'price drops' which are not legitimate as the products are all sub-standard
3. They provide fake tracking portals
4. Their aim is to extort as much money as they can for hard working vulnerable people.
Don't be fooled and don't be scammed, companies like this and the people behind them need to be exposed!

Still waiting on product ordered over 6 weeks ago, tracking system gives no indication and communication from this company is shocking. Will have to now go to a different store to ensure I have the product in time for Christmas. Don't recommend using this site for anything. So many better/easier companies to deal with out there.

Very bad experience, placed an order for 2 items 103 euro for both .. I then realised both items were on amazon for 60 euro.. so a saving of 43 euro .. ripping people off.. my bad for also not shopping around first, I will be returning when they arrive .. customer service is very bad so slow don't reply to emails , won't ever order again from here

I bought a pair of slippers and what I received are nowhere near what I ordered, I got cheap looking slippers that came from hongkong

Really poor service. Was given a date of delivery but still nothing has arrived. Tracking is simply not functioning. To add insult to injury the item ordered was half the price with amazon. So lesson learned never again

This Electric Foot Massager Pad that I bought is good. At first, I was a bit nervous because I was thinking there might be electricity suddenly entering my foot, but it turns out there's nothing at all. It feels comfortable, especially if you want to sit down and relax, even helping you sleep comfortably.

BEWARE....In my innocence I ordered a hover ball from "Irish supply" thinink it was an Irish Company selling Irish nade goods but I had not checked so that's on me. Received my package today from Hong Kong and for what Ipaid €24.99 which was supposedly half price? I could have got in Smyths for €5 for exactly the same thing. Furthermore the packaging was damaged am absolutely disgusted and will not purchase from this site ever again.
