I waited for weeks for my "portable electric food chopper" to arrive and it finally did today, only it was a different product. It's much snake than the one I ordered, just about the size of a mug, and has no extra attachments as ordered. It was a rip off for the money I paid but I just have to grin and bear it now. Try getting through to China Customer Services anyone ??

Great prices and solid selection. Live chat is very helpful for any queries that I have. Shipping was quicker than what I selected. Reccomended ye to family and friends. Thanks again for everything.

Beware , either this company is based in China or they just re-order from China . I ordered a travel neck pillow on the 30/10/2023 for a trip on the 20th November, here we are on the 19th and still hasnt arrived. I ordered from an "Irish based company" as the advertising stated delivered within 3/5 working days and also to support local businesses , I have also checked out their address in cork , it's a shopping center !! Please Please do not buy from these fraudsters

An update on my previous review. I have since received my purchase which I am happy with. Shame it took sometime to arrive, and tracking its whereabouts was impossible. Improving the tracking method would be helpful.

Any positive reviews you are reading are fake, I placed an order, paid and nothing came. I have contacted them for a refund but was ignored, but they did go and block me on facebook so i could not warn others about what happened.

Just unboxed Cinemixpro yesterday, and will try it tonight hope for easy setup. The packaging was safe and intact.

Horrendous company, firstly they're based in China and falsely advertising as irish.
I bought a coat, supposed to be an adult coat, a child's coat arrived of very poor quality, not as advertised at all.
There website claims returns must be made within 14 days but you must email first to receive return address.
They ignore all requests for a return address.
Bunch of cowboys, avoid at all costs

Took a month to arrive. Takes absolutely ages to charge and dies very quickly. Would not recommend. At all

Just used my new insulated bag today and I'm impressed! It kept my lunch fresh and chilled for several hours. The sleek design is a bonus. Nice!

Terrible company. I suspect just a shell company that imports from China at best. Ordered a copy light and not only was it late , the quality is so poor . Got a better one for less money elsewhere in the time that it took for it to be delivered . Buyer beware

wrong ordered was shipped. waited over 2 weeks, order finally arrived, smartwatch was total different to what i ordered, different band, different shape, was supposed to be square but is a circle face shape. do not buy off here

What a bunch of sound lads, I got a call off Barry today after I was concerned about my order after readying some of these reviews. He reassured me and I was looked after very well. All concerns are now gone and should be getting my package in the next day or so.

Was having an issue with the tracking portal but it was my mistake because I had the # instead of just the order number, hope that helps if anyone else runs into the same issue.

Customer support really helped me out on this. I forgot to enter my discount code from my last purchase but Michelle was able to apply it asap and deduct it from my account. Really happy with the honesty from them, its how you should run a business and look after your customers. Also the wireless lint remover is very handy too, after saving a lot of old clothes I thought were ruined. Thanks.
