If it's a business purchase, stay far away from it
I bought a keyboard for my company. The keyboard was defective and the text was unreadable, so I let them know that I didn’t want to keep it. After a lengthy exchange of emails, it turned out that I had no right to cancel the purchase because I’m not a private individual, and I had to choose between either returning it myself—in which case they would somehow decide whether to refund my money—or having the warranty courier pick it up, but then they would only repair it. I find it outrageous that, after receiving a defective product, I’m the one who has to beg for a solution. In the future, I’ll steer clear of this company, because I feel like they’ve ripped me off and aren’t willing to help.
