My experience with transformation coach Ipek was the best decision I made. Ipek's coaching helped me realize that my challenges weren't as overwhelming as I had initially thought. With her guidance, I learned to approach these challenges rationally, which eased my self-doubt.

The journey began when I discovered Ipek on Insight Timer while searching for meditations to help me relax at night. After attending a live session in January, I felt an immediate connection to her calming presence. This experience sparked my curiosity, leading me to research her credentials and learn about her work as a Transformation Coach specializing in life coaching for women. After weeks of contemplation, I decided to reach out for a consultation when my thoughts became overwhelming, recognizing the need to talk to someone outside of friends and family.

Throughout the coaching process, Ipek's patient listening and acknowledgment of my feelings lifted the guilt I had been carrying for avoiding situations that left me feeling sad. She helped me understand that it's okay to take time for myself, both mentally and physically. I learned to step back from draining relationships or situations gracefully. While I still maintain those relationships, I now focus on keeping conversations positive to avoid feeling drained, and I’ve found that close friends and family are more understanding than I had anticipated.

The Positive Intelligence Program has truly been a life changer for me. It's astonishing how much better I handle my emotions in various situations now; the effectiveness is undeniable. Shirzad's explanation about our built-in judges really hits home. It's not that I've never encountered similar concepts before, but the program's structure, which shifts your mind away from the negative patterns of our judges to rewire ourselves towards more positive worldviews, is what sets it apart. It even provides tools to stay on this new path.

Ipek has been an incredible coach throughout this journey. She's not only an expert on the subject but also has a wonderfully gentle way of keeping you on track. Both my wife and I had the pleasure of having Ipek as our coach, albeit at different times, and this proved to be immensely beneficial. I would definitely recommend Ipek as a coach; her insights, clarity, and sweetness are exceptional.

Where ‘every outcome or circumstance in life can be turned into a gift and an opportunity’, through the 3 Gifts Technique: Knowledge, Power, and Inspiration. A journey toward self in every sense.

At some point we had to come up with an ‘I am ‘statement, here’s mine: “I am worthy of love. I am kind. I am a beautiful black woman. I am joy. I am imperfect. I am enough.”

Positive session to experience. Ipek mam was a very encouraging coach, who listens to our situation and understands our background and issues deeply to seek flexible the light of solutions. She is dynamic, experienced, knowledgeable, and flexible to guide us. I am extremely thankful for her guidance and sessions to seek more awareness for myself. Working with Ipek has been life changing. When we started the process, I didn’t fully understand what a Life Coach was, but I knew I needed change in my life. The journey has been one of metamorphosis, which can be compared to a fitness transformation (although it is a lot more than that). I use this example, because with a physical trainer, you can measure your progress. You can see the change in your physical body, but also how you feel as a whole, your eating habits and your sleeping patterns. As a Life and Insight Coach, Ipek looks at all the different areas of your life and the changes can be measured. I can look back over the past year and see the improvements in my life, and personal growth, both internally and externally. Ipek has a unique ability to encourage and motivate in a way that is transformative. She understands your specific needs and tailors the coaching to you as an individual. I will continue to work with Ipek in the future, as I want to continue the momentum I have started. There is still so much to learn. It has been a very encouraging experience that has taught me a lot about myself.

I came into the meeting with the mindset of I kind of understand the emotions that I am having. I was just looking for confirmation and ways to interpret the emotions that I am having. Ipek did a fantastic job of being able to help me accomplish that goal.
