John has been our technician for many years. He always goes above and beyond to ensure quality service.

Had a gentleman name Adam came to have a look at our printer at Mater pathology Sherwood. He was very efficient and super helpful, not just to help us removed paper jam from device he also showed me how to do it for future knowledge. On top of that he did help us adjusted bypass settings for A4 paper and single side copy from document feeder and fews other things which really makes our daily printing a lot more easier.
He definitely deserves more than a 5 stars.

When dropping more toner to Beachmere SS it was mentioned to Adam that one of the machines had been having and issue with stapling and a phone call was made a couple of days ago. Adam with out hesitation diagnosed the problem and spent time showing me how to log a job and fixed the problem. Thanks for the swift fix Adam.
