This company is a scam, they took $159.86usd
Visilift bra use nymbus. Well know for scamming more moneyoff of clients.
DONOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
I have providing all details they just don't want to give themoney back. I'm taking it further. Absolutely disgraceful

Cup size does not cover all

Hi, when I first saw the add, I hesitated, but continued to watch it over a long period of time and eventually ordered 2. I wear a D cup and that’s what I ordered. To my disappointment the cup does not cover the side of breast towards the underarm.
Very disappointed and didn’t take the time to send them back, which I’m sure a lot of us online customers do.
I ordered one neutral colour and one burgundy or dark one too that I want to wear with my dress.
I did not make a public rating and am hoping just maybe you would send me an E (second chance) to test because I do like the product, quite original and very comfortable with the tape straps.

Unreliable response from invisilift customer support

I'm so sick and tired of this invisilift (aka FEMMEFANTASTIQUE) company asking that I provide them with more information to process the refund. You have all the information that you need to complete the refund. I've provided you the same information you've requested over and over again yet you have refused to issue my refund. I'm done with your fraudulent company. Enough of the games.

I have also been wrongly charged for 3…

I have also been wrongly charged for 3 additional items that they won't provide a pre-paid return label for. I thought I would try one bra I ordered from a Facebook ad. Company is refusing to pay for return or give full credit for items I did not purchase. These reviews all read exactly like my situation. Company scams people and takes their money. I haven't tried to product yet for my destination wedding. I'm not optimistic now. I've reported them to my credit card company as a fraudulent business.

Don't bother. Poor quality

I missed my return window by a week and they won't take them back - these suck! They don't stay on, they show under my clothes, and they are not for my B cup size. Two thumbs down if you ask me.

please don't consider buying…

People please don't consider buying from this wrbsite. It's a scam.
I tried to buy one invisilift bra but due to a glitch on the website, they charged and sent 3. They charged for the expedited delivery, but it came two days after the longest delivery time. The bra itself does not sit in the body. Way too heavy cilicon.
Asked to return they say I have to pay the shipping. They don't send return lable. Don't shop Invisilift from China. They ripp off you.

They also signed me up for the free VIP…

They also signed me up for the free VIP subscription and then started taking $34.37 out of my bank account every month. I had no idea I was being signed up for a subscription. Also, the bra took almost a month to get to me, so I didn't get to wear it for the beach pictures I had bought it for.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Deceptive practice. Charge for some bs membership that no one want. Don’t even bother they will rip you off.
Still feel the same way. They know they have deceptive practices and instead of trying to make things right, they chose to stand by their deception. The product still doesn’t work and I have since burned these silicone disasters. Glad to be able to warn others so they don’t make the same mistake. And your customer support team, they just as trash as the company. Very rude and condescending!! Yes I did escalate due to your deceptive company. Never hurt to try. Consumers…You’ve been warned!

All charges, including the membership details, were clearly communicated to you via email, and our support team explained everything in detail. Despite this, you chose to escalate the matter by opening a PayPal dispute for further investigation.

PayPal has since fully reviewed the case, including our documentation and proof, and the dispute was resolved on PayPal’s end. In addition, the membership has already been canceled stopping all charges.

Unauthorized monthly "vip membership"

The product did come but the t took over 3 weeks so I didn't even use it for the wedding. I too have been charged monthly for "vip membership" which means nothing. I caught it the first month and cancelled via PayPal. Be aware and just order a similar product from another company

Total rip off from crooks

Don't buy from this company, they trick you at checkout and by the time you purchase, you end up with more than one item and also instantly charged on credit card., I contacted them straight away and got email saying they will respond in 24hours, that was 3 weeks ago. Multiple emails later, still no response and the product has arrived, I have two now and they are terrible, They don't fit, they slip off and push my shape out to the sides. Order number 153908. They have now responded to this review that I am unable to reply to, stating that they replied, twice 18th and 25th Oct and must have gone into my junk folder which I look at daily, another lie. They have not replied since 8th oct, the fact I got an email on 8th with ticket number, shows I do receive emails from them......Disgraceful.

Do not use this company they take money every month without permission from your payment method I paid via PayPal and they have set up that I pay the same payment every month and have taken money from account every month

I have actually spoken to someone they have issued me a 50% refund and have stopped future payments being taken from my account.

Terrible scammer company

Terrible scammer company - product does not work as described and is useless. They do no prepaid label returns and for a return they want the product to have never been used!
They also add a vip membership without customers consent and charge extra.

Want to return...they ghost you

Want to return...they ghost you. Been trying to get info on how to return and they first say keep it and we will do 30%off. I said no I want a full refund. Now they will not respond to my emails. I have been trying for a couple of weeks and no response in 7 days. Be aware before you place your order.

Aside from the terrible fit of the bra. I was also conned out of $400 for their VIP membership.
It’s incredibly misleading.
If you accept the 10% discount. This comes with a $56 per month catch! It’s not clear when you process the discount. Due to the bells and whistles advertising the order now and you get 10% off.
In addition to that. When you select, become a VIP on their page. It’s does a NIL charge. But then scroll down, it’s there right at the very bottom.
If you have had funds taken from your bank or PayPal account under NYMBUS LLC. This is highly likely Invisalign or another similar scam
