One of the worst company to deal with if not the WORST. Ordered 1 customised curtain approx 20 months ago. No communication for 4 months. Once curtain done, took installers more than 10 attemps to fix it in approx 3 months. After numerous attempts final product came out absolute disaster. Thier final installer (most experienced installer of their company) told that its better to get refund and he passed this information to relevant department. Since May 2023, its July 2024 no call backs or refund so far. Made so many phone calls but no response.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES. I have to file a case with VCAT now l.

In June 2023, we completed the full payment for the installation of sheers and blinds on all the windows of our new home, as the company's policy required full payment before installation. Now it's November, and we're still waiting for the final two curtains. The company has even blocked me from commenting on their Facebook posts, where they advertise their quality and customer service. I'm beginning to worry that we might not receive what we paid for. With Christmas approaching and plans to host it at our new home, the thought of explaining to our guests that we might have been scammed is quite disheartening.

If I could give 0 stars I would .. avoid at all costs!!!!!
Never before in my life have I been so disappointed with a company.
Where do I start? I should have known by them making my partner leave a review before I could even order my blinds. I can see why they have so many reviews now. None are actually reviewed on the quality of the blinds / installation / end result / AFTERCARE!!!. It’s all the initial consult, which they managed to look like a pretty decent reputable company. We have been chasing our incorrectly measured blinds (someone come to do a check measure on them too!!!!!) for three months now, over 60 calls easily. They’re not interested obviously as they have my money! I hope everyone out there can see this and avoid them at all costs! They knew the situation too, as I have a newborn and ordered the blinds many months in advance to ensure they’d be ready in time. Still no Blinds, my baby can’t sleep as the sheets we have up are not blocking enough light!

I do not recommend. Problem, after problem, after problem. We ordered shutters, a rollar blind, screen wires and screen doors. While they made efforts to rectify. All wasn’t resolved and we gave up. Disappointed after such a large expense. Lady in the office was very kind and tried her best.

The BEST Service. From the sale lady coming to my house, beating the quote, to the professionalism And friendliness of the installer, to the lady who called me to let me know what and when things were going to happen. Great service all around!!

Very Disappointing. The motorized external blind was not fit for purpose when it was delivered and installed. The company were not interested in addressing the problem and just left us to get it working. Beware. I would not deal with this company again.

I found the initial contact person Melissa Bolton very helpful & efficient and the installer Eddie prompt and friendly. The offer of any follow up on issues or concerns was greatly appreciated.

Simply a great company to deal with.. All went smoothly from Pierre's measure and quote, Rina keeping me up to date with order and Darko who installed.. All done on time as arranged and the quality and finish of the blinds is excellent.. Will use again if I need to and definitely recommend.

We were at first hesitant about buying blinds online, but after a chat with David from Into Blinds (Who was extremely helpful) and visiting their blind displays in person we decided to go ahead.

2 weeks later the blinds are up and they look great.

We have just ordered a bunch more and would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
