Have not received my order yet so I can not comment, I’m beginning to wonder where it has got to . Delivery information is not available which worries me somewhat.

I was originally invoiced twice at 2 different prices.
It was sorted but took a few emails to do it.
The keyrings are ok, but some of the silver parts are badly marked.

Took a couple of weeks and the product was a lot cheaper on Amazon

Buying the product was really easy to do. Had no problems with anything there. The product itself is really good, but the delivery company you use not so great. As they delivered to the wrong house, lucky for me they got it back to me, please find a better delivery company as relay are rubbish. But the company and the product are really good and I’m happy with them.

Exactly as shown, quick delivery

I bought this because I have arthritis and thought it would help when shelling eggs. No instructions and just makes holes either side of egg. Do you have to keep moving the egg?? Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in the item that has been sent. I bought for my wife who recently lost her mum. The Robins are nothing like it shows as advertised.

I ordered two sets of robins as they looked so tactile, wrong, they are flat, badly painted pieces of metal and since when did robins have pink and blue on them. One was for a friend who recently lost her husband and she loves robins but I would be embarrassed to give this to her. I'd love a refund but no details on how to send them back, worst £34.98 I ever spent, I could cry. DO NOT BUY!!!

Order a set of metal robins what I received was absolutely shocking piece of crap nothing like what they show in the advertisement plus the item was £17.99 yet they took £31.04 from my account absolutely rip off AVOID AT ALL COST

Husband loves gulls in Nemo film. Bought this keychain as surprise gift ..he loves it to point of Facebook post and ringing grandchildren to show them just like a big kid .easyo to order and quick delivery. Appears good quality
