Mangal D was very helpful
I was assisted by Mangal D at Intermedia. He was very helpful and with his assistance we were able to activate the token for the MFA rollout for my Outlook access. He explained everything clearly as we went along and answered all my questions. The process went very smoothly and efficiently.
One of the worst support experiences I have ever had
I used anymeeting by intermedia for like 5 years, paid every month. All the sudden I couldnt login and password recovery had been "disabled by their admin". I called support, they wanted to remotely access my system to fix my account being locked, then after that guy hung up on me when he put me on hold, the next support guy said that there was no billing problem but he was going to send me to billing to reset my password because he couldnt find my account. I complained on their social media and they banned me.
We had to change the platform for our weekly meetings, wont be changing it back.
If they are outsourcing their support and social presence, they need to change providers.

Great Technical Service by Prince of Intermedia Tech Support! It turns out that the problem was not one of the Intermedia software we lease from them but a Microsoft OS problem that was impacting on my ability to use my computer. Prince from Tech Support solved the problem in minutes! Its impossible to get Microsoft on the phone for tech support, yet Intermedia responds within a minute or two, 24/7 365 days a year with prompt support! Who else does that?

Het adverteren in het plaatselijke blad verliep aanvankelijk heel erg vlot, telefonisch werd de prijs 190 euro gezegd, dit voor een eenmalige grotere advertentie.
Alles verliep zoals afgesproken.
Tot ik de rekening kreeg : 245 euro
de BTW kwam er nog bij.
245 euro voor een eenmalige advertentie? Voor dit bedrag zou ik niet hebben toegestemd, voor mij voelt dit aan als oplichting! Hopelijk volgt er nog een rechtzetting! Maar ik vrees ervoor! .
