Absolutely the worst customer service…

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Despite giving them all the info needed to remove a manager contact that was fired they still will not help. Spent $45 to get a letter notarized per there request and now being told "they never received the letter". They refuse to talk to me even though I have sent the letter 3 times to change ownership. So a fired manager for FRAUD still has access to our account with her personal phone number. This is the only company that refuses to help! Worst mistake changing companies. Every time I call its a joke. Different agent, let me transfer you 5 times to speak to no one that can help. They say they will call back and instead just send an email case closed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE! THEY WILL NEVER HELP YOU

Disgusting and incompetent

Need to replace a phone and am unable to talk to someone about my account. Despite being the account holder they claim I aren’t and won’t even let me talk to a manager. The agent was extremely rude and even hung up on me.

We are definitely going elsewhere if the phone support is like this. I strongly urge you do too.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. Intermedia has been charging us twice the amount of the bill for the past 6 months. We have called and called to get it fixed to no accord. After speaking with at least 10 representatives, they promised a refund for the over payment that would go back to our account in 5 business days and it has been over two weeks. We have been with Intermedia for over nine years. Let's just say we it won't make it to ten.

Intermedia should provide an opt-out or block number feature for unwanted and unsolicited telemarketer calls and messages.

Base Customer and Technical Service

I have been a client for over 7 years and will leave. The technical support is horrible. I try to use online support and it does not provide enough information or the answers to my questions.

The intermedia website is down, and i cannot get a hold of anyone to speak with at customer service
