Brilliant service from start to finish,Dan in the York showroom made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure it was stress free from start to finish,also a mention to the fitters ( Pete and Neil) ,the best plasterer I have ever met and also the electrician whose name I’ve forgot.

Matty and Dillon did an excellent, professional job installing our stove. They were polite, explained everything and kept disruption to a minimum.

Matty & Kyle did a fantastic job & we are very pleased with our new log burning stove. Great attention to detail & taking the time to explain the safety features was much appreciated

Very professional from start to finish. The wood burner looks and works amazing would recommend to anyone

Absolutely awful. Will never buy from again would not recommend. Very contradictive.

We had a log burner a few years ago they dislodged bricks from my coney and so bricks were missing and the shape distorted
Complained and it was rectified nothing like how it should of looked

We stupidly went back and purchased a media wall fire incased in a marble top and base

We were told it included the guys setting it up.

A week later they phoned us to say we cannot have the one in the shop as they had 2 in storage
So they were bringing on of those brand new uptodate.

So the delivery guys came and placed all sections on the floor and said sign here this is where we part ways ?

We are elderly and could not lift such a heavy item. They refused to put the fire in the base and put the top on
I contacted the shop his attitude was very sarcastic " Narr he hasn't told you they would put it together "
Absolutely liar he repeated 3 times in the shop it included putting it together as we specifically asked.

We then had to pay someone to put the fire in the base then put the top on

We followed instructions setting up the app. Would not work
The remote is intermitant we have you turn it off then back on if we want to change any setting.

Again contacted the shop and was told narrrr your not doing it right sender a video what your doing

I have 3 sons who work in technology and they assured me it is the signal from the remote to the fire at fault.

I then asked for the missing plug on the media strip light, oh that's from 4 years ago we don't include the strip lights any more.

Absolute joke you conned us into having an older fire, refused to put it together, refused to help with anything

We had had our bespoke kitchen for 20 years and despite it being solidly built we decided it was time for an update and new appliances. Having had a high quality kitchen for many years it was important that the replacement was of a similar quality and we wanted good quality appliances. We had visited several kitchen showrooms before deciding upon Interiors4living. When we first visited the showroom we met Luke who listened to our expectations and then showed us what was available. A home visit was arranged and an initial plan designed which after discussion and another home visit from Luke and Peter the fitter, we went ahead with. We went for the all inclusive service so didn’t need to look around for plasterers, electricians, and floorers and credit must be given to Peter in particular who was a brilliant craftsman and always involved us when decisions needed to be made. He ‘tweaked’ some of the internal cupboards so that specific items we had such as large mixers and blenders could all be fit into one cupboard. Luke made a couple of visits during the fitting to ensure all was going to plan. We must also mention Mark who installed the flooring through the hallway, into the kitchen, dining area and conservatory; not an easy job when we were having a herringbone pattern with edging strips! Again an excellent job was done. There we’re a couple of snagging issues that took a few weeks to sort but this was also because we had holiday and were away so added to the time. Overall after a month using the new kitchen and appliances we are delighted with everything and it certainly has the wow factor that we wanted.

We felt compelled to write this having used Interiors 4 Living for our new kitchen design and installation.
After meeting with the usual high street offerings and being fairly disappointed, we were looking for a company that could treat us individually, offer a bespoke high-end service with installation but without breaking the bank. We visited the showroom in Leeds and were pleasantly surprised with the choice and quality of kitchens. We liked what we saw and we also felt that we could work well with Luke, as he was genuine and he understood our vision. After choosing our kitchen and agreeing on how we wanted everything to look, including a home measuring, we were then invited back to the showroom to view his design which looked fantastic! We wanted a bespoke overmantle making- no problem. We wanted a bespoke bar area- it was done. He genuinely wanted us to feel elated. We really liked the fact that they have a Quartz factory so we could go and visit before picking the worktops, so we could see, touch, feel and then reserve our specific piece of quartz. Mayfair Granite were also fantastic- so efficient and professional.

We cannot praise Luke, Neil and the rest of the Team highly enough for their fantastic service, diligence, and quality of work. Each individual has done exactly what they were supposed to, when they were supposed to. The rip out of the kitchen went smoothly, and the Team of Joiners, Electricians, Plumbers and Floorers, all worked hard and on time to ensure that this all moved along quickly. All the Tradesmen took pride in their work and left the kitchen clean and tidy at the end of each day. Luke always got back to me immediately and ensured that if I did have any queries that they were solved quickly or came up with solutions for us.

The completed kitchen looks fantastic and has absolutely transformed the house. The colour, quality and style is beautiful and we are so happy with it. We’ve had so many compliments. Definitely the right decision to go with this company and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are delighted with our new fireplace, it really lifts the living room, and looks even better than we had hoped.
The friendly Cross Gates showroom staff helped us find exactly what we were looking for, the survey and ordering process was simple, and we were kept informed about the progress of our order throughout.
A special word of thanks to Jimmy - his advice at the survey stage was very helpful, and he carried out the installation quickly, efficiently, and with surprisingly little mess.
We would have no hesitation recommending Interiors4Living to anyone, for product range, value for money and service.

Had Log Burner fitted today by Tom and Matty and what a brilliant professional job they have done. They had a big job opening my chimney and doing the installation. Everything was explained clearly and all my questions answered. Thanks Lads a job well done.

We have recently had our log burner stove installed and are very pleased. From our visits in the showroom at the York branch with Becky to the two installers Tom and Matthew. They did a very good job were very professional and did a very neat job taking out our old gas fire and surround and installing the new log burner. Thanks guys. From Alan

Really helpful and knowledgable staff at the Crossgates show room. Jacob in particular was excellent in coordinating the sale and ensured the follow up installation planning was seamless - communicating well and at regular intervals - called back in a timely manner too. Always professional and friendly.
The installation team Tom & Matt came today and did an outstanding job, very tidy installation and full of great advice. I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks great job !

Appalling customer service for my elderly in-laws. No contact, whole process has taken over 4 months and still no fire installed. No one responds to phone calls. They delivered the wrong fire and they are still waiting for the correct one with the useless one taking up space in their hallway. Both of my I laws have suffered with colds this winter as they have been waiting since November for the correct fire to be delivered and installed. It’s now mid February and there has been zero progress and zero interest from Interiors 4 Living in rectifying the situation or even getting I touch with them. Do not waste your money. All money was paid up front and still no fire.

I have used this company for kitchen installation and wood burning stove replacement. Pre and post sales service has been professional, considerate and helpful

I had 2 wood burning stoves fitted from the Leeds showroom. Staff in the showroom were knowledgeable and helpful. Some installers were disrespectful and messy, but others were good. The installations took over 4 weeks. Had I been told verbally that this company insists on payment in full before delivery/fitting I would have gone elsewhere. I cannot recommend them and would not use them again.

We have had our log burner installed today and they guys that were here were great. I believe they were called Matty and Johnny. But apologies if that’s incorrect. They were friendly, professional and went through everything thoroughly. Great experience from Jack in the show room York to the installers.
