This course is a gateway into the realm of all things interiors. Geri covers all aspects of interior design, from floor plans to paint selections and everything in between. What made this course special and unique to other courses was that Geri was on hand and really engaging in any queries you had regarding your own projects, replying promptly to any questions. The group calls were another fantastic part of this course and allowed for more scope into specific areas of the home. Again, there was opportunity for engagement in these calls and Geri never made any question seem like a silly question. Whether to feed your passion or hobby of interiors or to develop your learning to enter the industry professionally, this is the course for you. The learnings (and notes) will stay with you forever and you’ll gain confidence in decision making while designing your home. 10/10 course.

This course is fantastic! I’m really enjoying it and I love how I can do it at my own pace, it’s very easy to follow with so many practical tips shared along the way. The community forum/ calls is really helpful to share ideas & also to see what other people are working on. Highly recommend for anyone with a love for interiors, undertaking a home renovation project or starting out on their interior design journey ☺️

I would encourage anyone with an interest in Interior Design to consider enrolling in this course. It offers a very well structured introduction to and overview of the principles of Interior Design. Geri delivers the course material in a friendly, informal manner making it an enjoyable stress free course to partake in. The beauty of this course is that it is structured in such a way that it is easy to dip in and out of the material that is most relevant to the different stages of your design project if you so wish or you can simply follow along through the chapters. In addition to the theory side of things, the opportunity to become a member of The Academy community, whereby you can share your own project, ask for opinions and advice and also contribute your own thoughts and ideas to help out fellow members with their project is what really sets this course apart. It gives you the opportunity to put what you have learned throughout the course to practice thus developing your confidence and expanding your design skillset. Being part of the Academy also offers a unique opportunity for those building or renovating to link in with Geri who is an experienced, knowledge and approachable Interior Designer to gain helpful practical tips along the way.

Geri’s design course is just a brilliant way to get to know about interior design. She is brilliant at explaining how everything works & how we can get the most out of each module of the course. She has a flair of teaching us all how to mix up classic & modern and the end result been very different that other courses . I previously used Jessica from her team in Limerick before I started the course. I have enjoyed her online call, which are very down to earth and no question is a problem big or small. I would recommend this course 💯.

The learning is invaluable, great tips and tricks. I really enjoyed the chapter on colour and lighting.

I finally feel confident in my interior design choices thanks to Geri’s course. I’ve learned so much on color theory, space layout, lighting plans, how to create a balanced space, adding the wow factor and what to use AI led tools to enhance the interior design experience.

Recently finished coursework with geri,have to say it was very well put together,the modules easy follow, clear, interesting&so imformative,questions & input from others on course also good experience,lots of help available, super for anybody looking to dip their toes in interior design, perfect to help with one's own projects.added bonus course their to use on one's own time. & geri time& help also.would highly recommend.

Straight forward, practical advice and guidance. Content was easy to follow, lots of inspiration. Helpful to have the live sessions recorded for easy viewing at any time

Excellent course, I’m starting a renovation soon and learning so much from this course. It’s great for beginners and more experienced people. The group calls and community section is really great for talking through ideas and getting advice. Would highly recommend the course.
