The balloon arrived late and partly deflated.
I planned for the balloon to arrive on the 16th Birthday of a friend. The balloon arrived on the wrong day (2 days later) and was partly deflated when it did arrive. Originally the balloon had arrived on the right day but the delivery person said they were not in. I checked and my
Friend and her mum were in all day and the bell had not been rung.

Failed delivery
Ordered a gift to be delivered to a friends event almost a week in advance and told them a reasonable time to go there for the delivery. They went hours earlier, claimed it was undeliverable and were eventually unable to deliver the package. They gave me a refund but this is my first and last time ordering with this brand

The balloon was delivered earlier than anticipated and it didn't inflate and no confetti came out quoted at least 3 days for delivery was delivered before that date

Quick refund for a deflated balloon.
The Balloon arrived as arranged, but was slightly deflated, but the next day it was flat.
I emailed InterBALLOONS and they were very apologetic and gave me a refund without delay.
