Excellent service. Ordered day before and delivered on time. Would 100% use again 😊

The package arrived on time and the balloon was still full of helium, but I thought I ordered 6 more balloons to go with it and they were just tiny balloons laying in the box filled with air. We got a good laugh about it, but it wasn't clear on the website what it was. I would not have paid the extra 6 or 9 pounds for that.

Balloon arrived not fully filled of air and in three days was already on the floor. I had similar balloon for almost one month but this one in three days was gone.

Smaller additional balloons should be helium filled. Spoilt the overall effect

Inter Balloon were friendly, helpful and prompt. I was thrilled with my birthday balloons which are still blown up, ( but sagging slightly!) three weeks later.

Balloons turned up on time and were just as we expected.

Used you before and was very happy but this time the balloons were not presented as nicely and some were semi deflated. I don’t mind paying the big money but not for a product that arrives like that. Won’t be using again unless someone gives me a reason why I should give you another chance. One great purchase and one not so great purchase.

Needed balloons urgently as only advised on the Friday and they were required for the Monday.
interBALLOON was the only site could deliver in time (on the Sunday) and when I had a last minute panic about whether or not they would come filled with helium, they picked up the phone even though it was bang on 5pm when their offices close. Not many places do that! Lovely chap, (suspect Sales) answered my query and couldn't be helpful enough.
Overall, an excellent experience. Product arrived as promised and recipient was happy with his surprise!

I recently made an on-line order for a balloon bouquet delivery to friend for her birthday. I am in the US, the delivery was in the UK. The process was easy and the price very reasonable. Communication with the vendor was timely and thorough. The delivery was made as requested (I had date/time parameters - delivery was made in a Sunday!) And most welcomed, was the photo that my friend sent of the bouquet was exactly as I imagined/expected! I highly recommend interBalloon for an easy surprise delivery - for any occasion!

My issue with this company is it says you can have next day delivery and they cover the whole of the British isles, however when I tried to place an order to Scotland with Royal Mail, it came up on the computer that interballoons.com couldn’t guarantee delivery with them so I had to choose DPD, although it said the address I was sending to was “a restricted postcode “.
I placed the order and paid £22.94 for a helium balloon with 80 on it, for my mother in law ten days before her birthday. Imagine my disappointment to learn that it was delivered after 8pm and left on the doorstep as she wasn’t in. Lucky enough a neighbour took it in at 10pm.
I have got to say though I have had pleasant interaction with the company through emails, however I wouldn’t recommend them if they say it’s restricted postcode, because who wants to receive a balloon at the end of their special day. A child may well have gone to bed!
