Ordered an item, it never arrived. They claimed it was delivered but offered an identifiable tracking number. Refused a refund. Horrible scam.

Shipping took about three weeks but the wait was reasonable for the affordable price. Quality feels durable, packaging was decent and secure, and the design is quite practical and handy.

Supposedly a company based out of the UK. I ordered 2 beautiful looking Xmas ornaments in early Dec. The order is shipped from China. One month later the system shows delivered but I never received my order. I get paypal involved and a week later I still get shafted. There was some kind of internal shipping error, totally unrelated to me. They refuse to compensate me. I am in shock that I can order something, not receive it and still lose my money!!!

If it was possible to give ZERO stars for this scam of a company, I would. I ordered a mug that was supposed to look like a drum with the metal hardware and all, which is what it looked like in the pictures, and it came with an image screen printed onto it that I could have gotten at the local mall! I have reached out several times to ask for a refund and they keep offering me lowball refund amounts.... $3, $6, and the mug itself was $26 including shipping!! I even pointed out to them that their website states that they will refund a purchase if it's requested within 30 days of order (which it was) and if the item was still in original packaging (which it was), and they still won't budge. I also pointed out that their website claims the mug is stainless steel which it is NOT, it's ceramic... and still they are saying no. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this site to anyone and if it is possible to report them somehow to the BBB, I am going to do that.

I would give a negative review if possible. Cheap junk with photoshopped pictures.

Purchased item believing it was from America, after nearly 1 month it arrived having been all over the world it transpires that it actually came from China!!! The quality was awful, not as advertised at all just a printed mug not one with the metal hardware as advertised in the pictures. It was also expensive for what it was. Took it up with Paypal in the first instance when it hadn’t arrived and have continued to try and sort since having received it however Paypal appear to be in support of this scam seller and endorsing their items by saying it looks the same as their images?????? I have also tried to contact the seller on more than one occasion but to no avail. Currently still on going with Paypal and have now supplied details from Malware site which states quite clearly it’s a scam site. Hopefully PayPal will do the right thing?

UPDATE: Paypal have washed their hands of it and basically are in support of the scammers!!!!

Scam bought a gift for Christmas took the payment but can't get any response from customer service or anyone about where is my gift

I bought two items from this site. It looked like it was in the US. I kept getting updates it was traveling around Europe, and finally after a month I received it and the postage label was from Chicago. The items are cute but not the quality they should be. Cheaply made and definately not what I paid. Stay away.

SCAM company! STAY AWAY! Item arrived nothing as described. Customer service sucks. Will have to open a PayPal claim and get my money back. WHATTA HASSLE! :((

The quality of the product is so cheap. I ordered the sea glass picture with the saying about Friendship as a gift, came out to almost $50CA when all was said and done. I was so disappointed when it arrived (after almost two months), it is the cheapest quality, fuzzy plastic instead of glass in cheap frame, spacing of lettering is terrible. And my credit card was scammed after this order; coincidence?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

Do not buy from this company! My experience matches what others have said. I ordered 4 framed "seaglass" pictures, and 7 "seaglass" ornaments in October of 2023. I received the ornaments in December but they were missing the cards that were supposed to come with them. By January I still had not received the artwork. Throughout this ordeal, I attempted to communicate with the "robots" in "customer service" (multiple exchanges with supposedly a live agent once in a while) which was useless. I told them to cancel the other items and refund this portion of my purchase. Only then did I receive information that the second 1/2 of my order was finally shipped! I did receive the artwork in February (4 months after ordering) ...these were supposed to be Christmas presents. I am also very disappointed in PayPal reps who "investigated" and informed me today, that since the seller provided tracking information, and I received the items, there was nothing they could do. Never mind that I canceled the order before the seller even shipped the items. Buyer beware!

It took well over a month to receive this product! Received updates that it was traveling through Europe to get to the US. The quality was awful. They used quote marks instead of apostrophe marks in two places. The dots were missing for the eyes There was cellophane wrapping around the corner of it on the inside and the outside. Trying to return it to get a refund is proving to be difficult. Can't find a customer service phone number while emails just bring you in circles.

Just like the previous reviews have said. This is a scam. I ordered a piece of artwork December 15th and it is now January 18th. When contacting customer service its the same run around that you have to go to this site and then when you finally find to chat with customer service, customer service states that I need to be patient and wait. Even though their website claims 15 business days that the item will be received. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

I would have to say stay away...
I placed my order for delivery back on December 1st... I have yet to receive tracking says its in route from Chicago after originated from spain...
If you have a few months to wait I'm sure it's good but if not stay away.... far away
