Unsafe, Poorly Managed Care
My experience with Integro has been extremely poor. After an adverse reaction, the clinician agreed to change my prescription and assured me there would be no extra fee apart from a possible £10 admin charge. Despite this, my prescription was delayed for over a week until I chased, and I was then told to pay £88.
Communication was inconsistent and at times accusatory — one email even implied I was asking for free cannabis, which I never did. Phone contact felt rude and dismissive.
The website is clunky, with no visible complaints policy or clear process for follow-up. I also discovered that my personal health email about side effects was forwarded directly to their partner pharmacy, a separate business, which raised concerns about confidentiality and privacy.
Overall, I experienced unsafe treatment gaps, poor communication, contradictory billing, and a lack of governance. I have made a formal complaint and reported these concerns to the CQC.

Used to highly rate Integro as a clinic but they’ve gone downhill in so many ways. Their portal is shockingly bad. Their patient communication skills are awful, the staff are rude and unhelpful. All in all, not what it used to be. Have happily moved away from them now.

Signing up was simple telephone support instant answer, prescriptions easy to manage, portal easy to use and the prescriptions actually work for what medical problems you may have feel fresh the next day I’m absolutely amazed at how effective medical cannabis actually is, with for me no side affects just trying different strengths at the moment to see what better suits my lifestyle better 👍

Best clinic available
I’ve had nothing but a brilliant experience since joining maybe four months ago, customer service are brilliant any time I’ve asked questions they’ve had the answers the prescription and ordering is so simple now is unbelievable The website allows you to order the prescription if you pay before 4 pm you will get your prescription 1 pm the next day which is absolutely brilliant. They’ve not let me down once not even on a Saturday it’s delivered. They have a brilliant knowledge and they also have a brilliant range of different products, life is a lot easier and an and a lot less stressful. I’ve noticed a big difference with using medical marijuana and I just wanna thank you guys for supporting me and helping me live a better life. I can’t thank you enough. I would suggest if anyone’s thinking about joining the clinic, this is the best clinic. I’ve checked all the clinics out. This is the best one that I’ve found anyway for me and I’m pretty sure every other patient that is with them would say the same thing as me it is so simple and easy to order to get advice hardly any waiting times and polite staff.
Service so smooth
Moved to Integro from another clinic best thing I ever did. At Integro they listen and work with you , understanding your own experiences already. The new portal ordering service is 5* eg. Order Monday lunchtime, arrived Tuesday morning . New tracking with DpD was superb I could see where the delivery driver was and they arrived early, which for me was brilliant service. Thank you all for guiding me on my cannabis therapy.

Compete Disaster 👎👎👎🫣
Has to be the worst setup process Ive ever came across. I was a member of this farce two years ago. So I try to log back in it asks me to input a code Ive to go back into my email to retrieve this. Im logged out I start all over again it asks me to complete consent form. Logged back out I then have to write out my Clincs email address as its very long total nightmare I just left it These clowns are at this God knows how many years and this is a Laughing stock.

fantastic clinic
I have been with Integro now for 1 year & i cannot recommend this clinic enough, All the staff are so friendly and professional & i actually look forward to my video call appointments with my Dr (something thats never been a thing for me with NHS Dr's infact if anything the opposite lol), Before the portal the customer service was top notch with at most 2 days between requesting my prescription & receiving but with the portal it is even faster! (i paid for my last prescription @2pm & received it the next day @11am) My life has improved greatly ever since choosing Integro & medical cannabis as i have went from 2 different antidepressants, ADHD medication & migraine medication to just the migraine medication as a last resort when needed.
If you think it may help you just go for it because it has drastically helped improve my life overall.

Appalling Company
Appalling company to deal with.I have just finished a 6 month sentence with them..Staff couldn't care less and the doctors can't count.Out of the 6 month,they managed to get my prescription wrong 6 TIMES..thats EVERY single month they messed up..The best part is ..it was the SAME MISTAKE every time..seems counting to 120g is too hard and to just stop at 100..The latest fiasco ..script short 20g again..actioned 4 hrs ago..still absolutely nothing done..
Use anybody but this company..they made me physically ill dealing with them and the lacklustre attitude of the staff.

Against my better judgement contacted them again..spoke to Louise Thomas,'Clinic Manager who completely ignored my email with my concerns and instead waffled on about fees instead.
So at least the bad service is consistent and from a supposed manager no less..
AGAIN..AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS..

1st & last port of call 💯
Hi , I'm Gareth I live with multiple sclerosis and struggled with adhd all my life until 5 years ago when I gained the insight that I was living with both without knowing up until the ripe age of 40 , I've always been attracted to cannabis for its effects on my body , subconsciously knew it was working on me but not until I went the medical route as i ordered online/ or found "street cannabis " as I wasnt able to grow my own with my health , keeping myself legal and again subconsciously was drawn and sourced integro clinic and have never looked back , all the team with Dr sunny and James the nurse have helped me immensely, always very quick to help and happy to do so , thankyou. Medical cannabis goes to exactly where it is supposed to. My life/mind is now alot clearer with the proper strains to suit my needs , I must say your grow ranges are top notch , the non-irridated is a clear winner for terpene preservation, and naturally true flowers , excellent craft grown medicine, soo good 👍 an excellent range , like as said before by others ips can get just about any strain of flowers , oils , vapes and pastilles etc so something to suit even the most discerning patient, Integro Clinics was my first choice and can't see me ever deveiting to be fair , service is second to none ! Period , it has also been a pleasure being able to write this short comment , thankyou all @Integro Clinics

Integro Clinics has completely failed…
Integro Clinics has completely failed me multiple times over the last few days. My prescription was confirmed as in stock on Monday—only for them to tell me the next day it wasn’t available. I had to re-request my script, and they sent the wrong medication. After that was supposedly sorted, they again told me an item wasn’t in stock—and chose a different medication from my script without my consent.
I paid the £10 fee to secure my prescription after being told it was all confirmed by a manager. The next morning, I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. When I tried to make a complaint (as I’m entitled to), I was ignored for over 48hours. I called at least 3 times both days to chase up my call. This morning when I asked I was told today it would be handled in 30 minutes—then 40 minutes later, I was told to “check my email.” No email had been sent, and they hung up on me.
I have severe mental health issues and was trying to increase my medication this month to 100g instead of 80g due to the extreme stress and self-harm this experience has caused. Despite multiple confirmations, payments, and calls, I’ve been met with lies, delays, and outright neglect.
To make matters worse, they attempted to shift the blame to the doctor I have consultations with—who has always been kind and professional—but still no call or resolution as I requested as if it was from him but it was Darnell the team leader trying to deceive me yet again.
Integro Clinics are supposed to be providing medical support—not making people feel like they’re the problem, or pushing them into crisis. This has been beyond frustrating; it has been genuinely damaging to my mental health causing me to self harm! Absolutely unacceptable.

This is not a legit company. Their website makes false claims of “next day” consultations available. Complete lies. I signed up for Integro on July 2nd. I was told a consultant would get back to me within 24-48 hours about my “next day” consultation. It is now July 9th and I haven’t heard a single thing from them after wasting my time uploading all my documents. I emailed them days ago to ask what’s going on but they didn’t reply. I’m not sure what kind of joke company this is but please avoid them like the plague!

Integro should be your first port of call toward your medical cannabis journey. Great consultants, knowledgable nurses and friendly staff. I’m into my 3rd year with Integro and outside of a missed delivery (Fault of Royal Mail) I’ve had ZERO issues. Being able to get some kind of control outside of often addictive pharmaceutical pain relief is such a welcome change. I feel healthier for it. Good luck 🤞

Disliked received first pot no worries. Second one was not easy having to wait over a week. But thanks to Joe for his patience. And talked me through every stage of the process. He done he's part well. It's the next stage that was really hard to navigate. Hopefully it should be straight forward from now.
