We hired Integrity Exterior Solutions to replace both our roof and siding and they exceeded all expectations. Communication was consistent, craftsmanship was exceptional, and pricing was fair. Our home now looks brand new. Absolutely five star service.

A major storm knocked a branch onto my roof, causing damage to a few shingles. I reached out to Integrity, the same company that installed my roof several years ago, and they were amazing! Their representative arrived quickly, assessed the problem, and repaired it right then and there at no cost. I was so impressed by their willingness to fix it without hesitation. It’s rare to find a company that truly lives up to its name, but Integrity does just that. Their dedication to their customers is unmatched!

After a recent storm, a large branch fell and damaged some shingles on my roof. I contacted Integrity, the company that installed my roof years ago, and their response was incredible. A representative came out promptly, inspected the damage, and immediately fixed it on the spot without charging me! I couldn’t believe they took care of the issue for free after all these years. Your customer service needs some work. I have had a 4x8 sheet of plywood on my front window since August 25, 2023. Every time I call to check the status, all I get is we will call the manufacture and call you back. I have called you 4 times now, and I gave you a grace period of 8 weeks before I called you. I still have no answers, and I still have plywood as a window.

We had a good experience utilizing this company to install siding, fascia and soffits. The company rep is extremely helpful and does a nice job of addressing any concerns. The employees showed up to do the work and we’re extremely friendly and very hard workers.

An Integrity representative came out and told me he could fix the issue while he was here and I was not charged, even though they installed the roof a number of years ago. Integrity is in their name and more importantly how do business.

Nick came out let me know what needed to be done to help me get things buttoned up the another contractor bailed and never finished so big shout out to nick and his crew for help and doing a great job

I called and scheduled an appointment and no one showed up. Called back to find out why, the girl that answered the phone was condensing and told me she doesn’t have any answers for me either I reschedule or I can leave my number. No apology!!. Even though the lady I am speaking to was the initial person I spoke to book my appointment. She had a rude tone through out both our conversation, like she was irritated that I called. If they can treat prospective clients like trash, I wonder how they will try me once I am a client.

Slow service. Broke our basement window cover. Have to hold up on window to lock it. We had siding, windows and storm doors done. They did not figure in new gable vents, so they reused old bent ones. Took 5 months to complete the job.

Integrity installed insulation and drywall in my garage. Work was completed quickly and looks great. I will definitely be calling Integrity Exterior Solutions for any future work I need done.
