I ordered a princess peach costume from Inswear, I paid $30 more for it to arrive in 3 days. Today it has been 10 days and it still hasn’t arrived. And the wig will get here after the dress. I certainly do not recommend this website.

I purchased a Halloween costume, it came with one part of the costume ( a skirt)in the wrong size. When I reached out to them, their reply was fast. They weren’t able to send another costume ( out of my size), but they immediately sent a partial refund so I could purchase a skirt elsewhere. All other items were of great quality,shipping was fast. I was very pleased with their customer service. Thank You Inswear

Scam! I paid extra money for express shipping on a bathing suit my daughter needed for a trip. Express shipping is 2-5 days. 7 days after i placed the order I emailed and all they could say is it's processing. 2 weeks later the bathing suit got shipped. To late for her trip of course. I emailed them again and of course did not get a response at all. I should have searched before hand but all searches for INSWEAR are negative ad about scamming for money and not a legit place. I give 0 stars and want everyone to know about this scam and will let as many people know as possible.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. I only bought from this company because they had what I wanted with fast shipping. I needed the product within a week. And there was an option to pay 30$ for fast shipping 2-5days or pay free shipping for the regular time to ship. Well I paid the 30 and it still took over a week for them to even process my order!!! When I emailed them they tried to tell me it takes them a few days to look over the order first and get it ready for shipping and that they won't refund me my 30$ that I paid for so it could be here within 2-5 days I would have went with free shipping if I knew I would not have gotten my outfit on time. I will never buy ANYTHING FROM them again.

False shipping estimate!! Do not pay extra for express shipment, not worth it. No customer service or any assistance. Don’t waste your money, go shop somewhere else! I am still waiting for the costumes i ordered many weeks ago and paied extra for express shipment. And seams like they are nowhere to be found…

Ho acquistato due costumi di encanto, sono arrivati dopo 1 mese ma i termini di spedizione e arrivo erano chiari e sono stati rispettati. Gli articoli sono di buona qualità e rispettano la descrizione.

Ordered 2 items on Oct 3 with a 7-13 day arrival time in time for Halloween. Received items on Nov 20 and Nov 23. They refused to cancel the order or refund unless I shipped back to China at my expense which would cost more than the price of the purchase.
PayPal was unhelpful since they stated the company did ship the items.
It was a waste of money since I had to repurchase what I needed in time for Halloween elsewhere.
Do not order from this company unless you don't care how long it takes for your order to show up. Quality of the clothing item is also very poor and overpriced.

Placed an order with an expedited shipping (2-5 days Halloween) in the beginning of October. Waited two solid weeks - nothing happened. I emailed them to expedite cause I worried about it would not arrive before Halloween. The reply was "we placed your order, will email you once it shipped, PERIOD".. Waited another week till the Monday of Halloween week, I canceled my order when heard nothing on the shipping. They confirmed and said the refund would take 4-5 business days to appear. You thought that is the end of the story - HELL NO. I got my so-called cancelled order on 11/1, and they refuse to refund because "we already shipped your order".

EX-FXXCKING-CUSE ME!!! What a rat! The only okay ethic they have is they do reply to your email, BUT with full of nonsense and zero honesty. I don't even want to mention how cheap quality the costume is, and what even worse is they messed up the size.

Absolutely trashy e-commerce. They shall shut down.
