Insured Health kept in contact with me regularly, helped clarify my questions and overall got me a massive discount compared to what my renewal came in at! Massive thank you to Erin and Neil who both were attentive and dealt with my prior insurer to cancel the renewal too. 10/10 service all around and I will be looking forward to their contact next year to go through the terms of my renewal then. Was very easy to talk to, really informative and provided lamyman's terms when i needed them without beating around the bush.
Hoping for a great experience if not ill update to a different platform that provides more care they can offer depending on what you pay for or afford, as nhs is really swamped and this is an extremely helpful start off. Most likely relieving each patient doctor and clinic I can imagine. Recommended to friends but they aren't interested at present for financial reasons and I find good value for money for people with limited means personally.

Tiernan was extremely helpful in finding an alternative, affordable option. He was thoughtful, patient, professional and thorough. I received a call from Will who was very politely and sensitive to the personal aspects of health, but spoke with enthusiasm and knowledge of the product in a factual and professional way!
Every section of this product was carefully explained and discussed if I wasn't sure. Will, found a health care package that was affordable, inclusive, and easy to understand. The package had included specific issues that were important to me and my health status as well. I think, it might be the alternative way to the NHS that would allow the NHS time to recover, reorganise and relaunch as she is now well into retirement!

it was good that the company searched various companies and offered me what they felt was the best option for me.
The only reason i didnt give 5 star is because i was never offered a quote for a continuation of my existing policy with the same company, which has left me now not being able to claim for a pre existing issue

They answered my enquiry quickly and went through all the options in a polite and professional manner. Unfortunately, once we had bought the private medical insurance we found out that we would not be covered by any symptom that we had had 6 months ago and feel as the policy was slightly mid-sold. We were told that any pre-existing issues would not be covered which we accepted but now discovered that, for example, a headache 6 months ago that you did nothing about (obviously you wouldn’t go to the GP for that) that ended up as a brain tumour would not be covered as you had a symptom before you started the policy. This isn’t 100% Insured Healths mistake but just make sure that the sales person from Insured Health emphasises the cover you are buying exactly meets your requirements.

They gave us a better deal. Was with vitality they were good but got a better deal with Bupa
