Don’t like the section saying “violent and forced entry”
What if someone obtains a key by some manner? Theft is theft whether by forced entry or not!

I tried purchasing a policy
I tried purchasing a policy. I found that I can't complete the purchase online as I claimed once 4 years ago, which is fair. On the phone I was speaking with(David?), who was probably new. That's fair, no problem with that. He spoke really fast, which is not great when you try to inform a customer about all sorts of details, I kept having to ask him to repeat himself.
When training new staff, please make sure they can speak clearly.
