The day my policy was due, the insurance.com.au. Site was down with a message saying server not operating or similar.
I had to therefore wait two days for the office to open to renew my policy. I was therefore not covered for two days.

First consultant probably a little less…
First consultant probably a little less efficient than I would've liked. For example, they assumed I would want to request a quote online after I called them. They also told me I needed to send in a description of what I need covered with proof of qualifications etc that they would need to send to the insurer for approval. When I put all the information together and emailed it to them as requested I phoned to confirm they got it and the second consultant said I didn't need to do that and processed my application straight away which meant I got it all sorted sooner.

Once this was clarified, your application was able to be processed straight away.
