Been trying to get on website. Received my order. No invoice - no return info. I think I might like the product but, need another size and received 2 of the same color. Been trying to contact on their website but, no luck. It tells you what to do but, no where to click. I thought it was kind of sketchy.

This company came over through an AD while I was playing a game of Spades n internet. Thank God I didn’t order 2 pairs as intended.

How can we TRUST anything anymore %. Doesn’t anyone check on if the company is reputable or not. Imagine how many people ordered 1or 2 pairs not receiving any at $28 to $58 . They have all that money from people buying into a scam again. This s sheer bull poop . I’m not trusting any of those ads any longer. This company is not legit . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM PLEASE!

I paid for a pair of shoes and never received them. Contacted customer service many times to no avail. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this scam

I ordered two pairs of shoes that took almost 3 weeks to get to me because they shipped from China. They appear to be "knock offs" of what I expected from the ad/pictures. For example, the athletic shoes have "Fashion Proefssional Saketbard Shoe" printed on them (totally misspelled.) "When I asked to return them, I was offered a refund of 15%, and I could keep them. If I wanted to return them, I would have to pay the postage. They advised that could be upwards of $15-$20 depending on the carrier. This company seems shady, and I was worried that even if I mailed them back, something would go wrong and I would never even see the refund. LESSON LEARNED! Always check the reviews of a company before ordering, and see where they ship from.

I’m very disappointed in the company, they sent the wrong size and won’t answer my emails.
I can’t wear the shoes because they are too big.

Misleading ad looks like Clark's name brand shoes. Cheap materials poorly constructed knock off with smooth hard plastic soles that slip on surfaces making them unsafe. Their return policy is to offer 15% of the purchase price back. Awful customer service. Disappointing quality. Avoid this company.

I received a charge on my credit card with no number to call. I NEVER received the sandals- and it has been over a month. After reading the reviews on this site- I don't want to receive them!!

I have contacted them several times regarding my order placed on 6/1. No response from them. No toll free number to contact them. Very disappointing.

I’m waiting to get my shoes. I’ve sent numerous Enails and got no response. I’m so mad at myself for not looking at the reviews before i ordered it. They took the $$ out of my acct
right away.

These run small!...order next size up. And beware...these come directly from China and returns are impossible because of cost of postage, which you are responsible for. I now have forty dollars worth of shoes I can't wear and can't return. :(

I still have not received my orthopedic sneakers and was charged 27.93 plus a 25 cent cross the border fee. I have emailed multiple times and received tracking numbers and order numbers that were not right. I requested a refund because I have not received after a month of waiting and was not given anything except a phony tracking update. Facebook needs to make sure that companies that advertises on their site are legit. If I knew they were coming from China they would not be ordered.

Living in the boondocks without a shoe store, I needed orthopedic shoes, so I ordered. They came yesterday and it is cheap plastic, I could have gotten better ones at Walmart. Too small as well and no chance to send back. Don't buy.

They will steal your money!! Shoes run way small. They offered 15% refund because I'd have to return to China. THEY CAME FROM CALIFORNIA!!

I was about to order from this company, but awful reviews and this is scam.

I ordered two sets of sandals that were advertised as extremely comfortable. They were half price. I ordered the size I wear. The website states hassle free returns. These sandals are horrible. Too small. Not comfortable at all. Of course they got my money. I emailed them to return them. The got back to me and stated that the shipping would probably cost more than the purchase is worth. I can keep them and get 10% back. What a scam. I paid $43.00. I certainly will not accept $4.30.

This site is a scam. They took my money and I never received anything. They blamed the delivery service and said it was not their fault. I’ll never buy anything again without reading reviews.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered two sets of sandals from this company and never received them. After six emails where they supplied the wrong tracking number they finally supplied the right tracking number by then it was impossible to track. After that they refused a refund and the sandals were never delivered. They said that they were Clarks Sandals but that is not true misrepresentation. Don't buy from this company if you expect customer service you won't get it if you expect to get the product it's possible that you will never see it.

Wrong size sneaker sent. Tried to return but email from company said probably expensive postage and they offered 10% refund. I've just read other comments about same issue. Company is a scam. Website lists "Clark" at top so you look at the products. Clark Shoes has nothing to do with this site. Contacting my credit card company.

I would give it a 0 for stars if I could. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and neither pair fits right. I sent 3 e-mails to the company. They finally answered as i wanted to send them back. I would have to send them to China and pay the postage. They offered me a 10 percent refund so I took it. If I had known that they were shipped from China, I would not have ordered them. It certainly is not a "hassle free return" as they state on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I just found the package label that my shoes were sent in. They were shipped from California. So why do we have to ship them back to China. It doesn't make sense.

Don’t order from this company.
Shoes are not marked with a size. Sizes are not what advertisement states.
They make it impossible to return any item. Therefore, you can’t get a refund.
Sneakers are shoddy and a pair of sandals came in the wrong color.
I spent $43.98 and was refunded $4.39, “For my trouble.”
I even received an email that stated the product wasn’t good quality, from the company!
