Lagging
I was in desperate need of lagging, PIB cover and installation kit. I enquired on a Tuesday afternoon about 4.30pm and needed delivery on the Thursday. Within 10 minutes Jules replied to my request and sorted my order out for delivery pre 10.30am delivery and it arrived without fail. Great products, even better service. Would highly recommend.

Ghost company
I contacted them through email and phone calls. No answer, two weeks since I placed my order and no updates. Seems to be a scam, unlucky me. I paid £1200. I really wanted what they had but not sure if it is a real company. Please be careful.

Hi Emanuel,
Thank you for your patience while this was being resolved.
We’re pleased that your order has now been successfully delivered and that the issue has been sorted. The delay and lack of updates were caused by the Christmas holiday period, and we sincerely apologise for the worry and inconvenience this caused you.
This certainly isn’t the standard of communication we aim to provide, and we’ve taken your feedback on board to help ensure it doesn’t happen again.
If there’s anything further you need, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’re always here to help.
