Great service. When you cannot get an appointment with your regular GP for the next week, it’s reassuring that you can see a GP on Instant Consult.

The doctor was quick but thorough and friendly. She was able to diagnose me and provide advice and a script. The wait time was incredibly short.

In the 2 consults i have had the doctors listened, and helped as much as they could.
It is help full to have this service as we are rural and a long way from a nearest doctor.

Dr khaled Gowaily did not care about my son being in pain or the fact his whole face is swollen. Its the holidays everything is closed there is no where to go. His dentist said he needs antibiotics to help with swelling. But Dr gowaily wouldn't take it seriously said he doesn't believe anything I say and to go see someone in person. More interested in making money then treating patients, hung up on me mid conversation! I hope karma knocks on your door mate!

waited over 4 hours for someone called support asking what was happening they just said they'd refunded it while we sat and waited then downloaded app like they said connected to doctor and he hung up straight away bunch of Indian time scammers wouldn't waste your time

I am totally sold on instant consults. I’ve used them multiple times for a variety of things. With every consult I leave satisfied. I find I get more information from the doctors here. They are all super friendly. Seriously a clear 10 out of 10.

It was good to get straight on to a doctor but I was given a pamphlet from chemist warehouse and said first time user free but when I checked out ther was no were to put the chemist warehouse code so I had to pay for my first appointment should make it clear
