A friend referred me a couple years ago saying it was decent. It took forever to verify my account, and it wasn't until I sent their Facebook page a message they finally responded to my ticket. It got fixed, was working "fine". It's annoying a lot of the surveys you spend about 5 min filling out stuff and get kicked off with no points. I got banned from one of the recommended survey links - was given no reason why, filed a ticket, inquired again, no response. Currently trying to cash out points and the site is not working. Asked about this in the chat- was not disrespectful at all but am now banned from the chat. Seems like they need a new mod team that knows what they are doing and actually responds to their users. How can you ban someone without giving a reason?? Just as bad as meta smh...

This site was once great, but I guess the success of it went to a few people's heads. I don't know if it was just one guy or a whole host of them, but somebody developed a God complex. They were consistently rude, arrogant and clueless when it came to customer support and they seemed proud of it. At first they tried bad-mouthing anybody who left a negative review on sites such as this, but the multiple bad experiences similar in nature couldn't be denied. They could no longer convincingly say everyone who had problems were just scammers. So now they proudly sport a two-star rating and it's only that high because they used to pay people to leave good reviews. They could've been one of the best survey sites online but their egos got in the way and it was their eventual undoing. Sad.

Do not do this website, they will not pay, my $5 has been delayed for 2 months and has not arrived

Any existing members should file with the BBB against Day Online LLC now and specify the problems with your InstaGC account. I loved this site for 7 years but now absolutely NOTHING is available for payout. Day Online Solutions LLC who own them have disconnected their phone number and email. They are being dishonest and disgustingly lacking in transparency. They need to get it together and pay people what they’re owed or they may eventually have a huge lawsuit on their hands.

This site was great at first, but now it is terrible. They have no gift cards and Paypal has been down for weeks. I cashed via direct deposit three months ago and still have not received my money. stay away from site

Would give less if it was an option. They wait until you have the minimum to cash out for PayPal then they lock you out of your account. They tell you to make a support ticket and then they never respond. It’s been over two weeks with no response or resolution. Guess they need the money more than I do.

Why does this website have a 2.3 star review. It is such a good quality survey and offer site! They have YourSurveys and Pixel Point TV and Toroxo (OfferToro). I have been paid £40 for like 2 hours work. AND I DO SURVEYS ON THE SIDE. And I'm new to the site. Highly Recommend.

Don't waste your time with instaGC You'll never be eligible for survey payouts. It makes you take a survey to qualify and you'll never be qualiflied. It's a racket they're taking your data without paying you for it.

Do not use this company they will take your money and will not communicate with you about it. You'll waste time. I just had to submit a complaint with the BBB to attempt to get my money from them. I submitted screen shots of their support ticket. The support center is absolutely horrible to say the least.

i used this site for a long time but recently, but i just had to leave because it started going downhill. yoursurveys stopped working i could only do one or two if i got lucky and i just don't feel comfortable reaching out to the mods because they are so rude. And one of their mods tried to hack into my email account when i decided to connect my paypal, good thing i had two step verification on my email account. low points rewards and the high score surveys never work. Also if you really want to know how snarky the mods are i recommend that you read their replies on here to see for yourself.

It has been absolutely terrible, I am so glad that I only tried cashing out 1 dollar to make sure it was legit because I have sent the same address formated differently to try and figure out what their format requirement was since that don't even bother giving a format on stuff like that so they said in support that I was, and I quote, "continuing to provide conflicting/incomplete/misleading information?" and I'm so glad to say that after looking at other replies on here that I am leaving the site all together. it feels shady, their support is terrible, their surveys are buggy, and there is no way I'm uploading my ID of all things to that site, I am withdrawaling any information I have on my account if I can't delete it and I am going to go back to watching Markiplier videos to de-stress.

This company is dishonest. I have pending points that instead of being approved became zero. They made me like these YouTube shorts for nothing.

They act like you're approved to take surveys, but they never actually approve you when it's time to cash out!

Also sold my email to other companies and I get so much spam now

Basically these sites all use the same survey portal, so you're much better off using a different survey site.

They love to wait until you have enough points to redeem, but then you need to "gain access to gift cards"... you probably won't gain access.

The responses to negative reviews are so telling.

To say the people that leave bad reviews were caught cheating, to say try something else when payouts don't materialise. It's not acceptable.

Here's a bad review from someone who wasn't caught cheating and who was asked to come back by their staff when I quietly stepped away.

You have zero internal screening capabilities. So you send users around in endless circles being disqualified for the same surveys posted on numerous walls.
You have zero concern for the hours vulnerable people waste on offers that don't pay or they cannot qualify for due to hapless screening from your FE.
You have arrogant rude moderators that upset many users to the point they either become sycophants or give up.
You pay a minor fraction of what the surveys would pay directly. The payout is legitimately unbelievably low and I can only assume that is because you take a cut and the wall provider takes another cut, and the user at the end gets a teeny amount at the end of it.
There are some offers that are clearly actual scams or lead to bad links of virus filled trash. I wouldn't describe some of the sites I was sent to but certainly adult content I never wished to be exposed to was part of it.

Looking forward to the passive aggressive response. Try blaming yourselves and improving not blaming the people that did, would, or do line your pockets
