Does Customer Service actually exist?
Well as of this morning still no response from Inspired Oils customer service which is very disappointing. They obviously have a rather casual & 'cavalier' attitude to 'service'.

I put a small dab on my wrists about 11am and I could still smell it going to bed that night!!!

Slowest delivery and no comms
Made an order with this company on a Thursday with the hope it would come by the following Tuesday. By Monday I was not getting any update on the tracking. I emailed the customer service team twice - no response. Because I’m leaving the delivery address on the Tuesday, I will not be able to receive the package and requested a refund. There is no way to request a refund or speak to a human.
This company is either a bit scammy with good marketing or have slow deliveries with no customer service. The package might eventually arrive at my parents home with no way for me to return or use the items so it’s been a total waste of money.
Beware when ordering!

Please note that Royal Mail delivery timelines are based on business days, which may affect expectations depending on when the order was placed.
Regarding communication, we sincerely apologize if your emails were missed or delayed—this is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we are actively improving our response times to ensure every customer receives timely support.

Nothing like the perfume
Nothing like the perfume, has a citrus like smell, awful.
Emailed several times complaining and waiting for someone to get back.

Great thumps up to Inspired Perfume…
Great thumps up to Inspired Perfume and for their service in the past and for the perfumes purchased from them for many years. Of late l haven't been able to purchase my preferred perfume on their website and l have not been able to contact anyone directly either as there is no direct phone number for enquiries on their website except via email.
I did send emails to enquire whether they still stock my favourite perfume Barract rouge 540 oil perfume but l did not get any response.
Please could someone respond back to me.
I did purchase three different perfumes to try out last week, but l did not like any of the fragrances at all.
Customer service to me has always been fantastic and swift except for this time.
Someone please get back to let me know oif you still stock this perfume or you have stopped stocking them so l can look somewhere else. Although, it will be a really shame if Inspired oil no longer stocks Barract Rouge 540.
Bought so many and also for my friends in the past.
I have only given three 3 STARS this time because l havent heard back and no contact number on their website.

My favourite perfumes…
The perfume is as good as any expensive product and I get more compliments than I ever did with them. I bought one for my daughter to try as she always buys Alien which she likes. The one I got her was Alien look alike and she said it was the same and no difference in the smell.

Appalling customer service: wrong perfumes, no response to emails
I received two of one perfume when I ordered one, and none of a second perfume I ordered. It was not receiving the perfume I really wanted to try that was most disappointing, so I emailed Inspired Perfumes immediately. No response. I emailed them again, this time asking for a return: no response. I emailed a third time, at the same time putting a comment on social media. I received an email asking for pictures of the packaging; I responded but have heard nothing from them - again. Appalling customer service. It would have been so simple to pop the missing 5ml sample bottle of the missing perfume in the post. Cost to company: far less than retail price of sample and postage. Result: happy customer and probable future sales.
