Impressive
A delightful, friendly but highly observant assistant - Victoria - measured my feet meticulously then talked me through the range of innov8s relevant to my chosen activity and foot shape. The result was I bought a pair of fell running shoes half a size bigger than I would have ordered which fit my quite complicated foot shape like a glove.
Very impressed with this level of service.

Great to have an INOV8 shop in Bakewell.
Bakewell is a very nice retail unit and it was a very easy experience. I knew what I wanted before visiting the shop but I wasn't sure of the sizing. This is why high street retail is better than online - for relatively expensive purchases that need to fit well to the person.
