We are an independent, family owned vape shop based in the West Midlands. Established in 2015 by a team of ex-smokers, we know how much of a life-saving switch vaping can be! We now have three shops open 7 days a week. They are located in Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull and Yardley Wood (Hall Green). We stock all your vaping essentials. Vape liquids, vape coils / pods and vape kits too! We have a range of pre-filled disposables and nicotine pouches as well. We pride ourselves on our massive range of liquids and always having what you need, trying to minimise wasted trips to the shop! We offer friendly and expert advice in store every day of the week. The team aims to ensure we ask questions and listen to every customer, to try and find the correct kit or liquid for you! We'll help you set up you new kit, to remove any technical barriers that new vapers may worry about. This all helps to give you the highest chance of quitting smoking via vaping! We also have an online store so you can get your vape juices delivered right to your door!

Usually a really good store, friendly staff, fast service, good products but this was an incredibly sub par experience for myself and my partner. As we were in a rush for the train and quickly needed to pop in for liquids, we were asked for ID by a gentleman, which is completely fair however we’ve never been id’d in this establishment and have been using it for 3 years regularly. The manner in which we were spoken to was incredibly poor and we had to wait an unnecessary length of time for her id to be validated by an app. Had we not been in a rush perhaps it would have been more pleasant however considering the vape tax and a lot of people considering quitting due to the price increase, we just wanted a little bit better customer service. I will be getting my vape liquids else where in the future as I no longer feel welcome in that shop.

In this case, we're sorry to see that you have been left feeling dissatisfied.
As a company it's our job to ensure that we enforce the 'think 25' policy, which is why our staff member required ID from yourself and the lady you were with yesterday. We also use an app to verify IDs when in doubt, mainly for Citizen ID cards as these seem to be the most common fakes we encounter. Sometimes this can take a couple of minutes due to a bad scan or an unexpected app update being required.
In this instance, the extra time taken to check the citizen ID card was an issue due to you being in a rush for the train, but unfortunately we can't/won't cut any corners where age verification is concerned but we can see that you entered at 13:30 and left at 13:33. We can get particularly busy between 12-2 due to a lunch break rush, and in actual fact you were very fortunate to enter whilst there were no other customers ahead of you.
In regards to your comment concerning the manner of which you were spoken to, it seems as though our staff member was sympathetic to your situation and the fact you were due to board a train very shortly. Was there something said in particular which didn't sit well with you, maybe something which could've been missed by our CCTV due to a loud vehicle passing etc?
Knowing that you've been a loyal customer for the last 3 years, it would be a huge shame to lose you because of what seems to be a misunderstanding, and you must have been happy with the service leading up until now?
It'd be great to hear back on how yesterday could've played out differently, letting you leave with the usual level of satisfaction you've come to expect from us over the last 3 years.

Use the store in Stratford as and when.Staff in store are very friendly,very knowledgable,and very professional. Have recently placed a bulk order,all arrived in perfect condition and very quick delivery.highly recommended.
