I’ve done a lot of yoga and meditation retreats but this was unique because it was about more than the art of these ancient spiritual practises, it was about community and also having fun! I connected deeply with like minded people- which is only possible because of the environment we found ourselves in. The experience really exceeded my expectations!

I had the pleasure of spending a month with Innate during April 2024. This incredible project offers a fantastic opportunity for people to reconnect with themselves and the community by providing a safe space where participants can explore and improve various aspects of their lives. I made many new friends and learned a lot of new things in the beautiful, sunny environment of Portugal, which only enhanced the experience. I will definitely be joining another colive next year—can't wait!

Innate has come into my life quite unexpectedly and I had no major expectations out of it.

But after my first colive, I could see how life changing that has been, so much so that I did my second one just 1 month later.

I feel this is a community made of beautiful incredible human beings, that get together to experience connecting not only to themselves, but with nature and others. It opens up a safe space for exploring, for healing, and for fun!!

Innate made me connect with the joy we experience by being alive! Can't wait for my next one.

By no means is it an escape. It shows you a realistic, new way of living and has helped me make life long friends. There are many things from this colive I am already taking to my everyday life and it has certainly given me a new zest for life!

I didn't really have any expectations of my Innate co-live in Portugal, other than trying something new and a little different. But, wow, it may very well have been a life changing moment for me. In the security of community you really have a great chance to learn a lot about yourself! I can see me making this a yearly thing!

Hay un antes y un después de Innate. Una experiencia que te cambia la vida para bien. Volví hace ya 2 meses y esa hermosa energía sigue pegada a mi brillando, iluminando todo a mi alrededor.
Es una conexión profunda y 360 con uno mismo, con la naturaleza y con la gente linda que uno vive ese mes.
Vivencias increibles, trekkings en lugares alucinantes, risas, juegos de mesa, yoga, meditación, compartir.... y además te vas trabajando remoto, todos en el Colive lo están.

Absolutely incredible, what an experience! Great to be able to connect to such lovely people on a deep level. Beautiful environments, amazing classes, from breathwork, meditation, yoga and community-led evening classes such as improv acting classes. Plenty to bring home back to my day-to-day life. Entirely recommended, I will be definitely be back :)

I went to the colive in North Portugal in May 2023 and had the most incredible time of my life. I never realised how beautiful living in community could be and the people who I was fortune to live alongside were some of the most beautiful souls I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt so seen and loved for who I am, being my true self.

Harry has created the most beautiful community of likeminded souls and I feel so grateful to be part of the Innate family now! Edgar is also fantastic at bringing people together and assisting Harry run the colives!

I had a few people from my colive travel from all over, including 2 people flying in to come to my 30th birthday party on NYE! We haven’t talked all the time since the colive as life is busy for us all, we have checked in, but that bond is so strong when I said do you want to come, the answer was of course!

Aside from the beautiful people and friends that I made, mediating every morning and evening, in that beautiful routine and the workshops we all put on were life changing, I’ll remember it for the rest of my life!

I can’t wait to go to another one and I’m so excited for Innate’s future! Hope to see you at one soon ☺️

Just do it - you won't regret it. Such a beautiful group of people. The experience isn't over-engineered - it's very human and down to your group to make it a beautiful experience. But the container provided is so full of self-awarness and compassion that brings out the best in the group. I really enjoyed the full month of meditation, yoga and breathwork as well. Really recommend.

I got everything I was looking for out of the colive - and a bit more. I met incredible people, reconnected with myself, and left feeling refreshed, centered, focused, and with answers I've been searching for for some time. It's not quite like anything I've ever experienced before (and I've done both retreats and colive properties) - and that's a great thing!

A breathtakingly beautiful experience full of profound connections. A provocative experience too - in the sense that it urges you to consider what a better way of life might look like (hint: it exists). My sincere thanks to the organisers for birthing this wild experiment. I recommend everyone try it. Then do it again. And again. And again.

Unsure how to summarize this, because my experience at the colive was simply ineffable... What a mind blowing way of living, I truly enjoyed every bit of it. The combination of finding stillness through meditation, combined with lots of laugher with a bunch of lovely people, ánd still getting a lot of creativity boosts in my business, was simply invaluable. The connections I was able to find here in Portugal, both with lost parts of myself as well as with others human beings, can be called nothing less than profound. If you are still in doubt, I kindly urge you to stop that immediately ;-) Trust me, this will be the best investment you are able to provide yourself with. Thank me later!

My Innate experience was so special. It managed to fit so much into one month and one container. I felt like I had time for introspection, time to grow, time to realise mysel, lean into who I wanted to be and what mattered to me. This is an amazing thing given the experience was also a coliving. The coliving offered oppotunity to meet others, to socialise, to excite me with entrepreneurial spirit and new ideas.

I met people I will never forge, many who I will keep in contact with and hope to have other experiences with. Hopefully lifelong friends.

I had time to relax and lean into unwinding, playing games, being healthier, working out and doing what I loved. All the while work time was protected. I didn't have to take leave and could achieve professional goals in such a calm and wholesome setting.

Innate changed the way I will live my life, no doubt about it, and so far all for the better.

The colive I did in November - December 2023 was simultaneously on of the most transformative, as well as the warmest experiences in my life.

A container that combines continuous meditation practise with a great teacher with vibes of a summer camp while being surrounded by amazing human beings. Living with a group of people sharing similar values but also life stages is rare experience in modern world - but one that to me felt just so innate (pun intended). And I believe the fact that after the end of the month people simply do not want to leave and opt for post-colive stays just speaks for the level of human connection that builds. Feels like I have gained a new family, all within just one month.

Already looking forward to my next colive experiences!

I got some solid work done and had a gentle introduction into one month in Portugal as the team at innate handled all things accommodation & location which was a bit help for me.

I went to the Zen Meditation Colive in October in Portugal.
What a month! I'm not lying if I'm saying it has changed my life for the better. Funny because before the month, I was quite afraid of not being a good fit for me, because my social fears, but I have to say, it has totally exceeded my expectations!

During this month, I have managed to find a direction on my life, deep enormously my conscious practice through meditation, sharing circles, buddhism talks, kirtan, ecstatic dances and much more. On the social side, I'm lucky to have found such an incredible and shining people, feeling totally comfortable to be myself. I have learned so much from the community.

If you are not sure about it because some fears, I totally recommend you to push through and join an Innate coliving soon, because it will change your life.
