Have used inmate calls for little under a year and can honestly say it’s the best service I have used. Customer service is fantastic and the price mirrors that.

I hope to never have to use you again, but if I do it will be welcomed!

Mo is extremely helpful and active on the WhatsApp chat any questions or queries that I ever have he always responds within a few minuites. It can be confusing at the start but he always makes everything very clear. I’ve had such a good experience overall with immate calls keeping us connected. Any problems or technical issues they are always happy to refund or do rhere best to resolve can’t thank mo enough.

Absolutely amazing service cannot recommend highly enough , this enabled us to keep in contact everyday which took away so much worry and stress for both sides , thank you so much xx

This was an excellent service. Friendly, honest and reliable. I only discovered it through word of mouth and wish I heard about it sooner as it was a very economical way of keeping in touch with my son when he was going through a difficult time being held on remand. Being able to have regular and easy contact kept him sane. I would highly recommend Inmate Calls.

This service is excellent. I booked 2 of the freephone packages for different numbers. The service was set up quickly, worked perfectly from the outset and any changes to destination numbers were done quickly at no extra charge.

In comparison with other services I have used, this is better, cheaper and more simple to access.

I found inmate calls while looking for cheaper calls charges while talking to my partner in prison. I chose the 0800 packages so he could speak to our daughter daily and not get charged on his credit. I was paying £5 a day for around 40 minutes on another provider so this one is far better. I was sceptical at the beginning as to whether it would be accept by the prison but it was. It’s made a difficult time so much more bearable and our daughter can now speak to him longer and more often which she is loving!
