Fantastic Ebay Listing Software
I absolutely love their customer support team. Very responsive and helpful.
Inkfrog is a life saver and totally worth the price I pay. Although there are occasional bugs, these are quickly resolved by their support team on request. Thankyou InkFrog, for making my life soo much easier.

Decent format
Decent format, okay dashboard to review auctions but fraudulent business practices--I cancelled my service in the middle of a month I had already paid for, they immediately pulled my template and info even though I had already paid. They refused to refund a prorated portion of the month. Shady business. Stay away.

Great concept but poor execution
Great concept but poor execution. Changed categories - changed SKUs - sales dropped dramatically and all errors had to be corrected with Ebay upload csv and we all know how hard work that is!
We are left with a mess.
InkFrog does not work with Webinterpret either. This causes even more problems as it overrides what Webinterpret are doing causing duplications.

Webinterpret automatically duplicates your listings and sends them to various eBay markets. We will import those listings from eBay into inkFrog so that they could be managed with inkFrog. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please reach out to our team at help@inkFrog.com

I've had a great experience with the Customer Support Team. I got stuck quite a few times as I got started since it's a software I am not familiar with. I was extremely frustrated and about ready to quit until I finally emailed for help and boy did I get it! They have tutorials on everything. The step by step instructions were amazing. The emails were short, to the point and got me on my way to selling on eBay. I couldn't be happier.

Chaos and destroying your sales
We used this app, about 6 months, found what listings not update photos at all, with huge delay update sales, and finally in conclusion mixed all items, so we decide better to delete all listings from ebay, as we starting sell items for £24, and £16 with genuine value £700, and £400.
InkFrog do not take responsibility for any fail or errors made by this Froggy App, do not want resolve this problems at all, and more do not want to compensate your collapsed business sales and name, whey just destroy our work and stopped our sales for weeks.
We open case in Shopify and demand remove this app from recommended App list, more we demand compensation, and more we will report about this to Finance Ombudsman, and go to Court.
Shame to have business with irresponsible inkFrog corporation.
