Order seat cover in February took over 10 weeks parcel was ament to be delivered never turn up have email inka corp loads but have only replied once but rest of my email have been ignored.

Ordered seat covers and floor mat on the 21st Jan, still not received. Requested refund to be told order has been dispatched on 15th feb and received tracking number. Now 7 days on and dhl say they have not received anything from the supplier to deliver yet. Obviously a delay tactic. 3-5 days delivery my arse. Will be requesting refund through the bank this week.

Not very good customer service as they kept giving me excuses and lies . I ordered seat covers on the 17th of December 2025 and they have only been dispatched today nearly 2 months later . Do not buy from this company!!

Items not received after 30 days , items were in stock with 3-5 day despatch.
Ordered 12th Dec with the suggested delivery before Christmas, 3-5 day despatch and item in stock. Many emails later as you cannot ring them, they have agreed a refund (30.01.26) but are deducting carriage, for an order we did not receive. Terrible customer service.

Poor delivery time but worth it
Finally received my covers and mats after 8 wks of back and forth emails.would say the excuse they tell you about why the delivery is taking so long is very bad from a company and don't think u will get your order in the time it says on there website site because it won't happen . Like I said i received mine today after 8 wks and the last 2 wks of demanding a refund thinking I've been scammed. I fitted them today and will say the wait was worth it as the quality and fit are very good would say exception and made to a very standard and I love them and change my interior big time. Can understand all the negative reviews on here but they will turn up and there not scammers just a long wait which is worth it in the end. I gave them a 3 because the the long delivery time and excuses they give but the covers are a 10/10. If your ordering from them it will be a long wait but your be over the moon when u receive the and fit them

Paid for seat covers at the end of October, it is now 7th January and they have still not arrived. Every time I chased them they responded with another made up reason why the item is delayed. I have now asked for a refund and they have obviously gone quiet. Useless

Ordered van seat covers on the 19/10/25 and still have not turned up ! I sent countless emails and each time they reply with an excuse and promise they will be delivered in one week but never turn up . Use this company at your own risk !!

I would give a ZERO rating if it was possible!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SEVERAL OTHER NAMES THEY TRADE UNDER !!! Do your homework before you order and waste your time
and money, they trade under different names, different convincing websites but are all the same business address. I ordered seat covers in November 25 but despite loads of false promises, fake dates for dispatch then suddenly they are still being made , slow production issues, they forget there own lies and obviously don’t read back on there own emails they send back to you until that stops as well. I am still waiting, not received the goods I paid for in good faith. They are as a company and companies clearly dishonest. You have been warned!!! I don’t like to write bad reviews about companies but I also do not like having my hard earned family money taken from me.

Ordered some car matts in November thinking they will be here for Christmas.
I was completely wrong 2 weeks before Christmas I contacted them and they said they would be dispatched by the end of the week. Which they didn’t so on the 29th of December I realised they are wasting my time and I requested a full refund.

Delayed delivery
Took 3 weeks from ordering to receive the seat covers due to the couriers fault and not inka.Totally pleased with the covers.Perfect fit for my VW Transporter T7 and perfect quality too.Well worth the wait

Terrible customer service ordered car mats almost 4 weeks ago and I’ve just received an email saying they’ve been sent out today it’s ridiculous for a company which states 3-5 working days taking a month to send something and little to no communication about my order it’s been one sided communication pathetic customer service wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Terrible customer service, placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. Contacted customer service on more than one occasion and was told that my order was ‘still in production’ and that it would be dispatched by the end of the week.
So I thought fair enough.
Emailed back Friday to follow up and check the status, and was told the exact same thing as previous and that it was still in production and would be dispatched next week.
Still no sign of my order, left in the dark with no reply to my email.
Wish I’d have never ordered , if I knew it would take this long I’d have stayed away.

Covers are shown as in stock, 3-5 day delivery. Then when the items do not show you are repeatedly told week after week they will be dispatched early next week.

Do not buy anything from this company they are scammers they have had £406 of my money numerous emails saying they’re waiting for the material to come in. I asked for a refund which I’ve still not received the week later they will say 2 to 3 days, I feel like I have to drive to the address to find out where my money is I think that will be the only way to get to the bottom of it otherwise can contact in my bank,
