Hice un pedido el 05/01.
Ponía (y sigue poniendo) "Entrega entre el 08/01 y el 09/01".
Estamos a 16/01 y no ha llegado.
El 08/01 pregunto y contestan que 5 dias laborables.
Ya van 8 dias laborables
EDITO: He perdido la esperanza de que llegue. He intentado mediar, sin éxito. Llamadas no contestan. He intentado poner denuncia online, sin respuesta de tribunal Slovaco.

Conseguí que contestasen al móvil, muy buenas palabras, pero sin más reacción: que les envíe el número de pedido por SMS..

4 weeks after ordering: money not refunded, reminder sent, no response.
6 weeks after ordering: money not refunded, reminder sent, no response.

Next step: a police report will be filed and a lawyer will be hired.

Websites is active in at least 10 countries. All refer back to company REDITEC SRO, registered in Bratislava, Slovakia. Owner registered in Czechia.
All addresses mentioned on the site, which change regularly, seem to be PO Boxes. The phone number on the website is deactivated.

Hace dos semanas que compré un producto en esta empresa por valor de mas de 800€, fecha prevista de entrega el 21 o 22 de Septiembre más tardar. A día de hoy no se absolutamente nada sobre mi pedido, la última actualización de la página es que el pago había sido aceptado. Le he escrito correos, le he hablado por el chat de la propia página y he intentado contactar con ellos vía telefónica y de ninguna de las maneras he recibido respuesta alguna. Me parece una total falta de respeto hacia el cliente, teniendo en cuenta que se realiza el pago de manera anticipada depositando confianza en que se realizará la transacción para finalmente sentirse estafado o robado.

Dopo più 45 giorni sono spariti i soldi e non ho ricevuto neanche gli iniettori.Una vera e propria truffa,non comprate niente.

Just buy 4 injectors and with my bad luck. I just see that this company is in the frauds list in the police.nl.

Ik ben enorm teleurgesteld en woedend over mijn ervaring met Inject.se. Ik heb €500 besteed aan injectoren en tot op heden heb ik NIETS ontvangen. Dit is regelrechte diefstal!

Ik heb meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen met hun klantenservice, maar zonder enig resultaat. Geen reacties op mijn e-mails, en hun telefoonnummer lijkt een dode lijn. Het voelt alsof ze met mijn geld zijn verdwenen en me hebben achtergelaten met lege handen.

Ik had eerlijkheid en transparantie verwacht van een bedrijf als Inject.se dat met zulke bedragen werkt, maar dit is verre van wat ik heb ervaren. Ik wil dat anderen op de hoogte zijn van deze schandalige praktijken voordat ze dezelfde fout maken die ik heb gemaakt.

Als mijn product niet binnen een week wordt geleverd of als ik mijn geld niet terugkrijg, zal ik aangifte doen wegens oplichting. Dit is onacceptabel en onprofessioneel. Denk twee keer na voordat je bij Inject.se bestelt!

Pensavo che oggi andrò fare denuncia perché non mi rispondono neanche.

I bought 4 injectors for a sprinter and they sent it to me 1 month later and on top of that without gaskets and they didn't even bother to clean them so as not to say try them as they told me before buying them. I returned them 2 weeks ago by post and they received them more than a week ago. I'm sending them emails to get my money back but they don't answer. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I WILL REPORT THEM.

I ordered 4 injectors for €973.55. The money was transferred on 05.05.2023 and until today, i.e. 26.06.2023, the order in the system is waiting for payment.
No contact whatsoever from the shop. Automatic email response and telephone number unavailable. The answer recommends writing an email from within the logged-in account but there is no possibility to do so. I warn against fraudsters!

RETTIFICO la recensione vecchia. Sono stati lenti ma hanno sostituito gli iniettori non funzionanti. 1 mese in totale.
Possono migliorare la comunicazione.

Please take the many 1-star reviews for this shop serious:

1.) There is no way to contact them, neither email nor phone.
2.) Paying is only possible with wire transfer, no PayPal, because with PayPal it would be easy to get your money back.
3.) The "used" injectors have no test protocol, they are not even cleaned. They are just like parts that one would throw into the trash can.
4.) Packing is very cheap and not suitable for injectors.
5.) They try to get rid of bad reviews by denying them at trustpilot in the holiday season (Aug 2023), instead of contacting the customer and sending a refund.
6.) They repeated step 5 on the 26th of Dec. 2023 -> so there is a strong indication that step 5 is part of their marketing strategy.

I returned the injectors at my own expense and still wait for my refund.

Ho acquistato giorno 02/03/2023 4 iniettori per la mia bmw X1 per 636,42 €, dovevano consegnare giorno 07/03/2023 ma non si è visto nulla,dopo varie mail ho ricevutro una risposta molto vaga sulla spedizione ma ad oggi non ho ne data consegna ne altro.

Ho acquistato 4 iniettori Delphi nuovi il 23-01-2023 al costo totale di 783,86€.
Prima di pagare, i proprietari del sito Injectec hanno risposto con rapidità alle mie richieste varie di informazioni, dopo aver pagato, con bonifico con valuta il 27-01-2023 a REDITEC. s.r.o, hanno confermato di aver ricevuto il pagamento, scritto “pagamento accettato” sullo stato dell’ordine e di procedere quindi alla spedizione, poi nonostante le mail inviate e la messaggistica di contatto del sito, mi è stato impossibile comunicare con loro, non so per quale motivo, guasto del sito, disattenzione, o altro...
Attualmente è tutto in fase di sviluppo, sono tutt’ora in attesa di ricevere il prodotto acquistato a distanza di due settimane dal pagamento.

Il giorno 13-02-2023 dopo diversi invii di post tramite messaggistica di contatto sul sito, ricevo una mail da Injectec.it, dove mi veniva comunicato che per un errore logistico si erano dimenticati del mio ordine, e di procedere quindi con tante scuse a un rimborso completo, rimborso arrivato il giorno seguente 14-02-2023 tramite bonifico con valuta immediata.

Avendo quindi ricevuto un rimborso completo per il mio acquisto, ho modificato la recensione precedentemente scritta in quella attuale, consiglio comunque di effettuare acquisti tramite pagamento in contrassegno, per non correre il rischio di essere inavvertitamente dimenticati …

Hola he comprado unos inyectores para un Ford kuga y me han dicho que llegaban el 13 o 14 de este mes y no me llegan,los muy listos sólo me respondieron para darme información y en cuanto he pagado no aparecieron mas. No había visto este chat pero ahora entiendo que me estafaron. Alguien sabe que se puede hacer ??? Se puede recuperar el dinero?

They do not deserve any star , but this is the lowest rating I can give. This is fraud !!! They sent me other type of injectors that I need , they aren't refurbished , they are all full of rust , dirty like the ones that you trow to the garbage.
I'ved sent an email telling them that they are different , they did not answer , the phone numbers do not work!
Waste of 500Euros and time... the domain is registered to a lady from Czech republic , with no company logo no nothing .... no phone number , no company details on proforma invoice... .

Dopo più di una settimana mi arrivano gli iniettori pagati 415 euro per mercedes vito 108 cdi, oltre a essere luridi e evidentemente non testati su 4 non tutti funzionano come dovrebbero, mi trovo in grossa difficoltà grazie a questi truffatori.... Ovviamente al numero sul sito non rispondono e se faccio il reso mi trovo il furgone fermo un altro mese!!! Io ora capisco il ricambio usato però non potete inviare immondizia alla gente,rivoglio indietro i miei soldi!!!!! Non finisce qui procederó per vie legali.!!!!A distanza di un mese scrivono che hanno reso i soldi ma sono solo parole di concreto nulla, fino a quando non verrò risarcito totalmente non cancello né il commento né le azioni per altre vie!!!!

Ayer me llegaron los inyectores que había pedido, al ver que venían equivocados les escribí inmediatamente a través del email y después de 24 horas nadie me ha contestado. Intento entrar en la página y me dice que no reconocen mi email, el mismo email a través del que me han escrito en todo el proceso de compra, Informándome del pedido, envío, etc...
No hay ningún teléfono donde llamar ni nada.
Por muchos email que se les manden no contestan ninguno, son unos ESTAFADORES!! No tienen vergüenza...
No sé cómo páginas así están funcionando y no las cierran las autoridades...
Tras lo que me ha ocurrido a mí no hago nada más que leer sobre gente a la que le ha pasado lo mismo...

These guys are the worst. One payment is received by them they are impossible to get in contact with. I have bought 5 injectors, after professional testing it turned out 2 were broken. I send them back at my own expensive and did receive 2 replacing injectors. Seems good the only problem was the were for a completely different car.

I tried to get in contact for over 4 weeks now but not one of my mails is replied with an answer.

My advice => never buy from this fraudulent company

Het zijn oplichters, ze beantwoorden in het begin 2x. Ze zeggen dat er wat fout gaat met de side en de bestelling. Ze zouden het geld terug storten, maar niks terug gehad, en niet meer antwoorden op de e-mails
21-10-2021 update, nog steeds niks. Ook al schrijven zij dat ze niks ontvangen hebben.
Ze staan al bij de politie geregistreerd na aangifte van oplichting
