I received the wrong item. The usb hub was in an open bag inside a box that had been previously opened and the model number on the part doesn't match the number on the box. I waited 9 days for this part to arrive and needless to say, I am very disappointed.

Fast shipping and everyone that chatted with online before my purchase was friendly and helped me out with no hesitation. Will definitely refer friends to you and will do business again for any future needs we may have.

I'd ordered a Uconnect 4C Nav from them and the transaction was pretty easy. The shipping proved to be an issue due to a missorting issue, but that was not the fault of Infotainment at all. The installation went well, the Nav worked perfectly and it linked up with my backup cam and so far it has had no issues.

I found everything in one place

Everything arrived several days late but no big deal, I followed there video installation guide and it all went as expected however my factory optioned remote start no longer works. I called support and left a message, waited a day and no call back so I called again. I explained the issue and was told they would ask there programmer and get back to me, again I waited a entire day and no call back. So I call and get a different person who told me the first customer service person would call me back and guess what he never called me back.... this is the very definition of terrible customer service and it seems obvious they did not program my cluster properly. Pray you don't need customer service. 05/20Update after another phone call the customer service person today was a le to get me in contact with the programmer and he is resolving my issue... Thank you!

Very exceptional quality items. Prices are a little on the “high” side but I wanted to upgrade so I paid the price anyway. Your upgrade package, without a radio, did not include the C-911 plug didn’t know it didn’t) which forced me to order it and wait an additional 12 days to finish my upgrade. Words of advice: the customer needs it....put in the package!!

Product was solid as expected, had some trouble installing because I have a remote locking tailgate, but the customer service walked me through it and got my new back up camera working. Super bummer though that I can only have 1 or the other. Having to choose, I’m definitely going with the back up camera, but it sure would be nice to be able to use the remote locking tailgate feature also, wish there was a way to do this. Anyway, Infotainment was amazing in every way and followed through all the way to the end. I’m glad I chose this company, and would do it again in the future.

Back up camera doesn't work with the new radio. Hooked up my radio to check it. It works with the original radio not the one I got from you. Apparently I didn`t wait long enough. Everything is working as it should today.

Great service, on time and budget, i will highly recommend your service to anybody who requires this. My only regret is i wish you were in Canada, shipping was 100,00 total, but that is unavoidable. thanks again for the prompt service, keep up the great work.

I was very happy to find someone that said they could repair my infotainment unit. I looked locally first then turned to the internet but couldn't find any leads. I was searching with words like auto DVD player and radio etc. And nothing good was coming up. Somehow I stumbled on to this company.
They were very responsive and I explained the problem. Other companies acted like what I described was unheard of. The machine would work good when cold but freeze after a minute when it warmed up. This company said they could fix it. I sent off in and they had it on its way back the day after it arrived to their facility. I put it in and so far it works fine. I haven't watched a whole movie in it cause of the covid 19 shutdown. I'll check back and update on a while with an update. They fixed it for the agreed price of $299.00.

Install was easier than expected, good tech support and helpful salesman, Matt. Once I figured how to disconnect the wire harness all went good. Product, Sirius upgrade for IOR radio works perfect!

The items I ordered and received was just what I needed to get rid of the annoying 911 message on the uconnect 8.4. Also the wiring harness for putting the camera on the 8.4 screen makes it much easier to see.
Other then being pricey I cant complain.

John was very professional and efficient and solved all problems that arise. Knows his stuff!
