I used them to look up the address of a landlord which they didn't find. I paid 50 pence Sterling, never thought about it after that until bank contacted me in March asking me if I recognised these transactions on my debit card, £39 later! They are scumbags do not engage with them. I had a nightmare trying to unsubsribe and the operator was rude beyond words BUT! I didn't have a leg to stand on because it's all in the small print, buyer beware!!!!

I SCAM U SAAR
I went on this website. They took 50p, then I realised it was a scam. Cancelled it, they then wait 2 days to respond to my cancellation (no doubt trying to take £39 due to the 2 day wait, which they couldn't take cuz I transferred the money). Now my bank says they can't close my account cuz the 50p is 'pending', I phone the scammers and they say 'saar we 'ave the 50 cent' m8 you don't, it's pending and then they can't refund either. So thanks for softlocking my account, nice one yeah, sick one yeah, f$%k you saar yeah.

Apparently signed up for monthly subscription unawares
My previous review was removed, so I am trying again and will try and explain my experience better. Totally genuinely last Sunday when trying to find who’d called me involving some unrecognised mobile numbers during the week, I stumbled on this website who gave the impression, you could input a phone number and see what info and who it was associated with, was stored in the public domain about that number. I have 2 x mobile numbers, one personal and one for work. I entered my own and found they wanted 50p to show me the response. There was no suggestion at this stage that they had no information.
I inputted my credit card info. Thinking there would be nothing lost for just 50p. Back came the ‘no result’ message. I then tried my other number. This time there were no screens to say another 50p would be charged, but I was willing to accept that if necessary. Again no info came back the result.
At no stage did I see any screen or warning that 48hrs later I would be charged a £38 subscription and that I’d signed up to pay this monthly.
Fortunately my bank spotted the activity and didn’t pass the £38 one for payment, instead contacting me. I’ve had my card account frozen and a new card with new details is on its way to me. I was advised to cancel my subscription which I’ve tried to do via the ‘contact us’ option on the website. I’ve had no response. Throughout, there have been none of the usual receipt or confirmation emails one usually gets from a genuine & professional site/business.
Nowhere have I read below anyone who’s successfully got a result from searching using this site. Others seem to have had the same experience as me that the ongoing monthly subscription was a total surprise. Whether the site and practice is legal or not the user interface and experience are totally misleading, it feels they are designed to trick users, not sell an exemplary service.
And the response to all previous reviews is a standard pasted in reply to all negative reviews with no personalisation which speaks a thousand words too.
The concept and idea are laudable, but the execution of the service is deplorable.

A scam. Buyer beware - there is fine print at the top of the website that is barely visible: "Data you get from our webste must be used in a lawful manner. Our offer: 48h trial for £0.5 then £39 per month". Note the spelling mistake of website. I had to contact my credit card provider to challenge the payment.

Don't fall for these scammers!
My experience of this company appears to be similar to most of the people leaving a review! I googled an address of an unknown person who has stolen my identity and taken out credit in my name Google brought up this company which I clicked on ( big mistake) I'm now £39.50 out of pocket and was given no information. I tried to log into the account and was told I don't have an account but yet they've charged me for a monthly subscription! Scammers!

Beware of these people
Beware of these people. I paid 50p to find an address (which I didn't find BTW) and two days later they took £39 out of my account as the first payment of a monthly subscription.
The words barge pole and disinfected come to mind.
PS They put a nice little note to say please contact us. I had already emailed them asking for a refund and they said no. So I called them (twice) and, I was cut off first time and second time, when I started to explain, they cut me off. So I will ask my bank to block the payment.
A coda on 27 March - they eventually refunded me. I don't know if this was:
1) Out of the kindness of their hearts and I have got them all wrong.
2) Because I threatened to put a stinking review on here.
3) Because I actually put it.
4) Because my bank chanllenged the payment.
But the moral is - don't give in. Fight to get your money back.

Scammers Avoid at all cost.
As with all the previous reviewers, I would have given this bunch of scammers a zero or minus. Do not use them, they didn't provide any information for the initial 50p enquiry and it isn't obvious in regards to the £39 monthly payment. I never set up an account with them, cannot contact them and never authorised the the monthly payment. My bank has put a block on my account to stop these scammers from accessing any more payments. No doubt I will get the stock cut and paste apology statement from this outfit once they read this review.

I had to give 1 star, which is still too much. This company are scammers. They advertise 50p to look up a person. They apparently, say its a two day trial!! I did not see that 😐 must be in the smallest print ever, or in foreign. They then took £39 from my bank. When I did contact them, I got the rudist man ever. Who refused point blank to refund my money although it was one day into the supposedly subscription. The biggest con ever. People beware....
