I recently took over the management of a number of our curriculum area's uniform/kit requirements at East Durham College, as well as the added complication of building our own new online kit store this summer. From start to finish, Industrial Workwear have been hugely supportive in these tasks, and nothing has been too much trouble. Their communication has been rapid, and they have been great at quickly sourcing alternatives where required. The orders have been processed really quickly and the quality has been spot on. The whole team are extremely professional and it's clear they genuinely care about doing the very best job they can for you. I would not hesitate in recommending Industrial Workwear.

The staff are great at following things up, but sometimes we have had to wait a long time for deliveries. This seems to be due to stock shortages and not the staff who are always very helpful.
