Please stay away!
Please stay away!! Once you paid booking amount forget whatever happens no one cares. Each team works independently. Nobody listens. I got a car for 10 days and it got breakdown in 2 days when I was travelling 180kms away from Bangalore. I had to leave the car there come back by private car with my own money. No refund, no apologies - no one cares.
IndusGo - Worst Customer Service and Deposit Refund Fraud
3rd Time Customer - But very Unhappy for malpractices to loot customers
- Deposit is never returned - Problem stated a minor scratch which even if painted would never cost 5000 rupees. Soo mostly they will never intend to return the deposit
- Booked a SWIFT car and last minute changed to IGNIS. Huge cost difference in cars but never returned money for the difference. Infact I told not to change car and send me SWIFT but they changed it on the booking itself with same cost.
- 1 day wasted on getting car changed affecting my trip plan and timelines
- Airport Car pick-up return and drop. Car arrived 35 mins late to the airport than scheduled time.
While dropping, the person to pick the car arrived 45 mins late and first asked me to park car in the parking and then asked me if I could pick him up and I was charged the airport parking charge which was never returned.
upon asking for deposit return, they said the car has a scratch as you mentioned sooo 5000 Rs deducted.
I raised a support complaint and after two days I was only told 5000 is repair cost and you need to pay 75 extra for toll charges.
It used to be such a good brand two years back. But over the years with competitors and good servicemen leaving it has become a cheating company providing cars at their will and making money no no refunds of deposits.
The Tamil Nadu police also bothered us upon entry for not having permits. The customer service guys were unresponsive even during that time.
I manage my way our after 30 mins of discussion with police with language barrier but hopeless to expect IndusGo customer support to intervene and sort any such issues.
i would not make a mistake anymore to go with them 4th time. Although over the years I had recommended everyone to take their service but I won't do that anymore.
BETTER HIRE A TAXI..NEVER AVAIL THIS FACILITY..ITS A TRAP!
If you want peace of mind BETTER HIRE A TAXI, BUT NEVER AVAIL SERVICES OF THIS FIRM. I have availed a Celerio car which cost me approx 12000/-; used only 120+ kms against allotted 342 kms. They quietly leave the car for you and a new person will surely fall prey to their modus operandi. When the trip end everything went well, I was assured that the deposit amount will be returned to me in 5-10 working days..I said even ok..but I incidentally noticed that only 2440/- got credited without any narration and I assumed that it would be from the Indus go. This is their primary income. While I raised concern with the firm it was communicated that there were scratches on the car! Since the car is not a new one there will always be some hairline scratches which you will ignore. Interestingly the trip form given to me has no scratches were mentioned and they have no comments on it. I am now on the process of escalating it to consumer redressal forum and through civil court. I have lost my peace of mind now and suffering mental agony since I used their services for my rental needs.
Bad customer service, dirty cars and want to use your fuel for free
Had been using Indus for 4 years and putting up with their inefficiency as there were no other options. Now there are. They charge you every penny, don’t refund for extra petrol and give you the car with not more than 15km worth of petrol and there is no way to return it that precisely. They used to refund. And the. They decided to get free petrol from customer. Cars are dirty inside and poor customer service. I anticipated all that I explicitly made a request. More 24)hours ahead to give me clean car and with some petrol and they didn’t. I landed at midnight and barely made to an open pump. Worst car service
Initially we booked Royal Enfield bike…
Initially we booked Royal Enfield bike for 100 km however we travelled 20km from my residence in sunny day to collect the bike from their yard. They denied my booking saying the booking is void as it was already allocated to other rider. I spoke to customer care to allocate another bike for me, but they denied by saying they are not having any other bikes available. They are ready to refund the amount I paid. I asked them to refund my travelling charges but they denied to pay. I'm really lost in afternoon. I recommend to not to use this site for bookings.
