I had a very disappointing experience with Indrika. The package appeared to be already opened at the time of delivery and was not properly seal-packed. While unpacking the order, it was clearly noticeable that the packaging looked tampered with, which is completely unacceptable for any customer expecting safe and hygienic delivery standards.
As a customer, I expect products to be delivered in secure, fresh, and properly sealed packaging. Receiving an open package raises serious concerns about quality control and customer safety. I request an immediate replacement with a fresh and properly sealed product at the earliest.
What is even more concerning is that I noticed several other customers reporting similar packaging-related issues online, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident but an ongoing problem. This entire experience has made me feel misled as a customer, and it genuinely appears that the company is more focused on taking customers’ money rather than ensuring proper quality checks and secure packaging standards.
