We travelled to Vietnam for two weeks, booking the whole trip through Lizzie at Asia Pioneer, including hotels, excursions, trips, guides and internal flights. Lizzie was so helpful and flexible, accommodating changes to our schedule until the last minute, especially as we missed our connecting flight in Dubai and arrived a day later than planned (our fault). Nothing was too much trouble, including getting my wallet back to me after I left it in the car taking us to the airport.

We started in Hanoi in the North and worked our way south to Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon), taking in Ha Long with its amazing sea stacks and sleeping on a boat, then to Sa Pa on the overnight sleeper train from Hanoi, with its wonderful countryside and rice terraces. Afterwards, we went to Hoi An for three days of relaxation. Hoi An probably my favourite place and three days are enough to cover it. Then onto Hue, the original capital, my least favourite place and then finally on to HMC, which was a real contrast to the North.

The 3-star hotels that Lizzie picked were very good and comfortable, and the guides were very knowledgeable. I would definitely use Asia Pioneer again for future Asia trips.

The company did an amazing job from start to finish. Lizzie was our consultant and she designed a 15 day trip based on my wishes. The company had been recommended by friends who had used them pre-pandemic. Whilst we were in Vietnam Lizzie made herself constantly available to us via Whatsapp for any questions or problems. An airline delay made us 24hrs late so our tour was rescheduled without question. They located a lost wallet. They also made restaurant recommendations for Valentine’s Day, advised on tipping, weather and so much more. Our guides were amazing, especially Maya in the Sapa/Lao Cai area. She is from the Black H’mong tribe and could tell us in great detail how people lived in the villages. Fantastic English! I would not hesitate to use the company again. They made our trip so easy and were very flexible. Half the time we had guides, half the time we did it ourselves. I could go on forever… the local Sim card we were given as soon as we arrived, the changes that they accommodated at last minute due to a cancelled Emirates flight, the gifts Elly Do brought us from the Hanoi office, the patience of the guides who incorporated stops for a decent coffee mid-morning…

A nosotros no nos contestan ,viajábamos en abril del 2020 no pudimos hacer el viaje por el tema del covid 19 ,pedimos aplazamiento del viaje,pero ahora últimamente no nos contestan,después de intentar contactar por wassap y correo electrónico.
No sabemos si nos devolverán el dinero,o que pasará.
Si hay más afectados nos podíamos unir para hacer más fuerza.

Tenia un viaje reservado a vietnam que no hemos podido realizar por el covid. La empresa no da señales de vida por ninguno de los medios que tenemos para contactar con ellos. Por su puesto hemos perdido el dinero. No fiarse.

En Enero de 2020 contratamos un tour privado con esta compañía para 4 personas, pagando un anticipo, pero debido al Covid-19 no hemos podido hacerlo.

Hemos reclamado el anticipo y aunque han tardado, al final nos han devuelto nuestro dinero. (A pesar de que la situación de las compañías de viajes en la actualidad es muy dura)

Gracias al Sr. Lam por cumplir con su compromiso.

POR SUPUESTO CUMPLI CON MI PALABRA Y BAJE MI RESEÑA Y EL POR SUPUESTO NO CUMPLIO CON SU PALABRA Y NO ME HA REGRESADO MI DEPOSITO.
TENGO TODOS LOS MAILS COMO PRUEBA DE LO QUE LES ESCRIBO.
ME DA MUCHA PENA PERO YA ESTOY DESESPERADO Y EL SR LAM NO ME CONTESTA Y NO ME REGRESA MI DEPOSITO.
SI ALGUIEN PUDIERA DECIRLE QUE SEA CORRECTO Y ME REGRESE MI DINERO, SE LOS VOY A AGRADECER MUCHO.

Acabamos de regresar de Vietnam , Camboya y Laos con 3 amigas, fueron 20 días de recorrer y conocer su cultura, su país. Una gran experiencia, súper recomendable, hemos disfrutado de estos países y también quedó un sabor a que era poco tiempo.. Nuestra agente de viaje: ELENA desde el primer día nos armó un viaje increible, a nuestro gusto. Nos acompañó durante el viaje por Whatsapp nos preguntaba si estábamos bien y solucionara algún inconveniente, siempre dispuesta, se ha encargado de que todo funcionara. Los guías buen conocimiento del país, muy responsable y con mucho cuidado hacia nuestras persona, muy buen humor, a excepciòn del guìa de Camboya. Volvería a realizar viajes con Indochina Pioneer y la recomiendo. Nos hemos sentidos segura y cuidadsd por la situación mundial del Coronavirus, había poco turismo porque cerraron la frontera con China, Corea y Japón. Eso hizo que hubiese poco turismo y que recorrieramos más tranquilos y sin hacer colas , lamentable para estos países porque son sus principales turistas. Los lugares dónde nos llevaron a almorzar super seguros y los hoteles excelentes . Hicimos de todo bote, canoa, crucero, bicicleta. La Bahìa de Halong, Delta del Mekong, los templos, Pagodas, etc...
Recomendarìa Indochina Pioneer

Acabamos de venir de Vietnam (un grupo familiar de 5 personas) y hemos realizado un viaje de 13 días con Indochina Pioneer. Nuestra experiencia no ha podido ser más positiva, primero por lo que hemos disfrutado de este maravilloso país, donde nos hubiera gustado quedarnos más tiempo, y segundo por la magnífica atención que hemos tenido a lo largo de todo el viaje. Tenemos que darle las gracias a Elena, que desde el primer día que contactamos con ella por Internet, ella se ha encargado de que todo funcionara. Durante el circuito igualmente ha estado en contacto con nosotros continuamente controlando la buena marcha del viaje. La verdad es que nos hemos sentido todo el viaje superprotegidos. Los guías que hemos tenido, todos excelentes con un buen nivel de español y un buen conocimiento del país. Tenemos ganas de visitar Thailandia y Camboya en un futuro y sin duda, Indochina Pioneer será nuestra agencia.

Tenemos que decir que pensábamos que el coronavirus nos iba a arruinar el viaje, pero no fue así. Lo tienen supercontrolado. Han cerrado fronteras con China y Corea del Sur, aunque son sus primeros clientes turisticos.

No tengo palabras para agradecer a hana su excelente trabajo. Hemos tenido un tour por Vietnam, Camboya y Laos durante un mes y todo ha salido perfecto. GRACIAS.
No hemos tenido ni una molestia,los horarios puntuales, las recogidas tanto en los aeropuertos como en los hoteles en hora, los hoteles perfectamente situados y excelentes . Todo lo que escriba se queda corto.

La verdad que solo puedo decir cosas buenas de esta agencia, desde el momento de confeccionar en viaje hasta después de haber vuelto de él, la atención ha sido muy buena en todo momento.
Me he sentido protegida ante cualquier cosa que ha podido surgir al estar en un país que no conoces, aunque no tuviera que ver con sus servicios.
La recomiendo totalmente, a mi me atendió Sandra, siempre atenta al teléfono.

Indochina Pioneer es una empresa de turismo que encontré buscando comentarios en Trip Advisor. Encontré los mejores y debo decir que tenian toda la razon. Hana es una guía estupenda. Te organiza el viaje tal y como tú lo deseas, haciendo sugerencias que son muy bien recibidas. Ella reside en Hanoi y desde allí maneja la empresa y organiza todo. Está siempre al toque, cuando la llamas, responde y soluciona lo que sea al instante. Y tal es asi que mi esposo y yo tuvimos dudas con respecto al viaje por el tema del coronavirus, y ella nos explicó cómo estaban las cosas en los sitios a visitar. Le creímos, por suerte, ya que sonaba muy sincera y cariñosa, y no nos arrepentimos. Todo fue tal y como ella lo indicó. Por supuesto que tomamos nuestros cuidados, usando barbijos en los aeropuertos y ciudades más pobladas , y sobre todo lavándonos las manos o usando alcohol en gel.
Hemos hecho un viaje magnífico, conociendo lugares insospechados!

Family trip to Vietnam and Cambodia highly recommended. Just mention problems with the language (Spanish) of some guides that made it difficult to access quality information. Mss Elena Gnuyen excellent professional, always aware of us, before, during and after our trip. Very interesting excursions, accommodations and very good programming.

We were looking for an unforgettable trip for our honeymoon and thanks to Elena and Indochina Pioneer we were able to fulfill our dream. From our arrival in Hanoi until our departure on the island of Phu Quoc we have felt totally cared for and spoiled by Elena. We have made a trip of 20 days between Vietnam and Cambodia beautiful and super entertaining. We have no more than words of thanks to the 4 guides we have had throughout the trip (Antonio, Miguel, Anita and Winth), they have introduced us into their culture and made us feel like one more within the Country. For about a month, I solo traveled through Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia and enjoyed the most beautiful trips of my life. Although nervous of doing this trip alone, Mr. Lam Duong promised my safety came first. Each guide in each city took care of me like I was family. Everywhere I went throughout SE Asia, the guides and the locals make you feel at home. The sights are one thing, but the culture is the true beauty. I had a blast every single day knowing I was safe, and knowing that I had a full itinerary everyday. Each guide was flexible to the itinerary as well. If you are ever planning on traveling to Asia, I 100% recommend using Indochina Premier. My itinerary was fantastic, my guides took care of me, and the hotels were beautiful. Cuando llegue todo me pareció un caos un desorden, un desastre para mí mentalidad, ahora me voy con un recuerdo imborrable gracias a mi personal manager HANNAH qué ha sido un gran apoyo para mí , en todos los sentidos , gracias también a la agencia Indochina pioneer y a la atención de los profesionales que en ella trabajan, y de los servicios externos que contratan ya que son de una excelente calidad tanto los chófer como los guías ... profesionales preparados y cualificados , que me han mostrado lo mejor.... el ALMA de este país, que espero y deseo no olvide nunca, pues cuando se viaja se ansía conocer almas diferentes

Viaje familiar. Circuito de 15 dias muy bien diseñado y adaptado a nuestra disponibilidad, que nos ha permitido conocer el pais de Norte a Sur, y un viaje de ensueño. Rapidez en las consultas y respuestas en la planificación.
