Bad customer service
I ordered some henna tattoo supplies through Amazon. The delivery is being handled by Deutsche Post for international shipments. Unfortunately, the store hasn’t provided any updates regarding the delivery or given me a new shipping ID to track my package. I was supposed to receive my package on the 5th of July, but as of today, the 29th of July, it still hasn’t arrived. When I try to contact the store through Amazon, they just respond with “it will arrive soon,” often with a bunch of grammar mistakes. My first and LAST TIME from ordering through Amazon from a 3rd party..
