I ordered some henna tattoo supplies through Amazon. The delivery is being handled by Deutsche Post for international shipments. Unfortunately, the store hasn’t provided any updates regarding the delivery or given me a new shipping ID to track my package. I was supposed to receive my package on the 5th of July, but as of today, the 29th of July, it still hasn’t arrived. When I try to contact the store through Amazon, they just respond with “it will arrive soon,” often with a bunch of grammar mistakes. My first and LAST TIME from ordering through Amazon from a 3rd party..

I ordered mango brandy from this store. I loved it when I had it at an Indian restaurant in Germany and was excited to find it for order here. However, what was sent not only took forever (no responses to emails/whatassp messages) but also is undrinkable. It tastes musty, rotten and not like mango at all. When I first contacted the store, surprisingly they were actually fast to respond but completely unhelpful, pretty much saying, we only sell this stuff, if it’s opened and you find it’s bad or rotten, that’s your problem not ours. So zero customer service, zero accountability. The second email I got from them when I indicated I’d leave reviews to alert others to their poor service, the called me “Dear” and wrote a very condescending response. No customer skills whatsoever.

Buyer beware, they seem to be reliable if you buy in store, but completely useless when you buy online. Never again..
